Every wireless camera has its pros and cons and I did a lot of research before purchasing this. It’s been a good buy so far. Still think it’s very pricey but it works well. There is still a risk that it can get easily stolen though.

Needed to expand the camera system into an area that the original station could not reach. Using the arlo cloud it was an easy addition. SO if your home station can not reach the extended cameras just get additional base station.

110% regret this purchase. Not sure why this system got such great reviews. Bought this several months ago, and from the start, the cameras won't hold a charge for more than 7-10 days, even on the lowest settings. We have the microphones and night vision turned off, and have them on the lowest quality video setting and extended battery setting, yet these cameras' batteries die within a week of charging. It's super inconvenient and a huge hassle to get the ladder out once a week to take the cameras down and charge each one individually, which isn't a quick process. Do not buy.

Parents take a look. Excellent way to watch what’s going on inside your home when you’re gone. I just wish the battery lasted longer than what the product says. The battery normally last about two months if you’re Actively using the camera

The Arlo Pro 2 are decent cameras. Works very well during daylight hours. The night vision quality is ok, but not great. There seems to be a little delay before the camera begins to record when using it wirelessly.

All in all is a good product. Only complaints are that it seems to have short battery life and misses things every now and then or takes too long to start recording.. Other than that, it is clear and works well.

Easiest set up and the quality of the cameras far surpasses other systems

Took 2 hours to set up the 4 cameras, the software works easily to control the system. It is very user friendly, and so far trouble free. My only wish would be for some mounting hardware to allow the camera to be mounted and pointed down.

Clear pictures and captures everything in detail. Easy set up. Now, I feel more secured.

Easy setup and connection. It required a hardware update that it did automatically. We installed the app on an Android platform and the only hiccup we had that while trying to switch screens on the MODE tab, it wouldn't allow us to ARM, DISARM. Frustrating but found a fix online that required us to go into settings and enable the phone and mic for the application. That fixed the problem.

Worth the extra cost upfront to not have to pay a monthly fee. Video quality is good, considering it is completely wireless, but video compression definitely takes its toll on the quality. Microphone picks up sounds really well and clear.

Motion does not differentiate between people and trees blowing. Battery runs fast. Location of recharge dictates removing the devise and having to readjust after each recharge.

Installation was super simple and they work great! Worth the price.

I bought some cheap quality IP camera before I made mind to buy Alro. Arlo 7 day cloud is great option compare to other but felt like image quality is little poor compare to $15 cheap IP camera. its easy to setup and use.
