Directions are minimal. Cameras are not easy to hook up the first time and get the alarm not to go off each time you try and walk by. Every time there is motion or noise the alarm goes off. We had to go back to the store and have the attendant that owns the system assist in setting the system up for us. The batteries died quickly the first week we had the system as even the wind made the camera catch the sound outside. I have had the system about 3 months now and we are getting the hang of how to use it now. It's just ok in my opinion.

Not a bad camera system for the price. I found it easy to set up and install but I do not mind being on ladders and using a drill. I recommend you either hard wire the camera to a power source or buy the solar power charging units for outdoor cameras where you do not have a power source. The batteries will run down and having to climb a ladder to charge then replace them is a hassle. I think they should provide long power cables for each camera as a standard with a multi charging unit for those who like to charge their batteries versus the single charger for all 6 cameras.

I would highly recommend these cameras. Easy to set up. On line access and email notification is very helpful. Good quality interior photos Sensitivity is very good. I have had these cameras for 2 years and it is one of the best purchases I have made for home security.

great value for the price. I bought the solar panel chargers with it for my outside cameras as well and external hard drive. easy to install and user friendly. able to record from 10s up to 2-3min using motion and voice sensor. love the night vision option.

This is my second purshase of this cameras at best buy they work pretty good.If you arm them they will last about 4 to 5 days and then you have to charge them again.

The pro 2 camera has no noticeable difference in picture quality and usage over the pro 1 other tha a inflated price

Good image on recording, get phone notification on timely manner. I will come and add a 5th star once I see the longevity. Overall rea happy I got this product.

Had a lot more expectations. Has to be charge every other day. Ordered a power cord to have plugged in 24/7. Overall isn’t complicated, good to have it.

I have it for year and It has battery life of of 45 to 60, good motion detection, ok night vision and and ok network, the app and free week storage are good

Good option for smart cameras although requires higher upload speeds and pings to avoid image delays. Wire free is handy if you plan not to record all the time.

The set up of these cameras was fast and easy. We were able to link it to both of our phones so we know what is happening outside. The next purchase till be a couple of back up batteries so we are always covered without having to wait for the batteries to charge. Great system!

The picture looks very good & detailed, has an emergency siren, and microphone that transmits to a speaker on the camera. Very portable and charge lasts a decent while. Recommend the solar panel recharger so you don’t need to take it down to recharge every few days. Really enjoying these!

Easy to use and fun to watch the puppy live. But very sensitive to the wind blowing snow across the driveway. Keeps giving us an alert. But so far (only been two weeks) it's been good.

I finally installed the system several months after purchasing it. At first I regretted it. Simply because I thought that I wanted the newer version. This system does everything I wanted to. The playback of the video and audio is great and the quality is awesome.

Good picture quality overall and able to set motion points at your desire is very beneficial. One thing I would recommend that was better was the night vision

Great quality but batteries definitely don't last as long as they say. Even in controlled traffic areas.

So far the battery life is lasting. The install was easy and the app. With settings is great. The voice option to talk through the camera does not seem to work though.

Easy to set up and install, pictures are clear. Seems there is a long delay of when the picture is taken and when you can view. Seems to catch objects later then sooner.

I really like this system and I would give it 5 starts but... over all the system works well, has good resolution, battery life is outstanding, I’ve only charge the battery once in 5 months or more. The app is not the best it has some glitches but it’s easy to navigate and meets the essentials. Another feature I truly love is the compatibility with Alexa, I can watch any of the cameras through my FireTV. The only reason I don’t give it five starts it’s because some of the features are not available when the camera is power by a battery. And of course the price, the system is good and works well but it is expensive.

I am writing this review I'm a regular person just like you From no Arlo pro company. I have this camera for one year I am being honest it did have some issues but I bought the 30-foot cable to charge my battery you plug it in and plug it out without taking it down the battery life lost me about 3 weeks so it's easy to do it this way 30 ft cable leave the battery inside the camera so you do not have to climb up fully charged you plugged it out. I do it this way in case someone plugs it out it still have the battery power. So this year I decided to buy a Arlo solar panel did not see any improvement so today I decided 2 turn off my battery and I see improvement solar panel dude work with the battery off it's been 4 hours I gained 81% to 84% in 3 hours it do work with the camera off tree is in front the house shaded area so I will be removing it from my front windows and putting it in my backyard tomorrow I will write another review tomorrow
