Awesome product. Video quality is perfect and picks up everything! This can be both good and bad because even a fly will trigger the camera but there are settings you can adjust for this problem

Very easy to set up, don’t have to tear up walls, just a few screws and you are set!

Great cameras. Only reason i gave 4of5 stars is the app is slow at times to bring the camera live.

The system is excellent for home security. It does not require no mothly fee. If I knew what I know now I would probably had gotten a bigger package. I bough the one with 2 cameras and added 3 more. Suggestion buy the outdoor mounts and all weather charging cables is worth it for the custom zones and not having to recharge the batteries. The only reason I don’t give the 5 stars is because the system could always use improvement.

Wastes battery fast but easy for beginner to set up.

This servalence system gives me comfort and peace of mind being away from home. I can log in from my phone at anytime to get live action footage. The microphone / speaker feature on each camera are wonderful with having pets at home alone who miss their humans. Or talking to anyone that drops by. You can set your own notifications alert sound so your not stuck with some annoying alert... motion plus audio!! Cant beat that..

Switched to Arlo Pro 2 from another camera system due to how slow it loaded when trying to view live or review recordings. Pro 2 cameras load pretty quickly and have a good picture. The base station and app are doing a very poor job of properly geofencing the system and I get a notice every time I come home. Hopefully they can get that fixed.

Good product except for the battery and needing to charge the system to say needed

Great cameras and overall system for the value. Easy to set up, reliable, clear and the batteries are very efficient. Having a free rolling week of cloud backup is an incredible value as well!

We love the cameras...but we are charging the batteries once a week. That is the only downfall.

Very sensitive, eats battery quickly but very clear videos

Super easy to set up. I like the rechargeable batteries. Excellent coverage and zones. I really like the ability to review various zones. Overall, a very good product.

The setup is easy but if you do not have a fast internet connection or router it will not work well. Arlo is nice because you don't need to purchase a subscription to store your videos. The free service will be stored for 7 days and you can save the info to your phone when needed. The only other thing that would push this forward would be an app for a smart TV or video game console.

My mother got an arlo pro 2 camera system as a gift. It wouldn't work and turned out to be a defective base. The customer service was one of the worst experiences ever. Absolutely horrible. I still purchased this set as it met my specific requirements. This time it set up very smoothly. The cameras work great but the way the app is laid out is a bit clunky

Great pic. Quality. Need high speed internet to work. Audio is sometimes low at 100%.

Very pleased with this product. quality picture and easy to use and setup. Gives a sense of security when at home and away. Easy to use on the phone app.

Bought these to upgrade from the original Arlo, and love the increased quality, and the fact that I can now have sound and be able to talk through them to my visitor if needed.
