It is a good system overall but for the money spent the customer and warranty service should be much better. Overall pros of the system, wireless, battery, app is great, range is pretty good and free 7 day recording is great. Cons: Warranty service is horrible (details below). Also, when you get a motion alert it takes the camera and app a long time to load many times missing the event. One of my cameras went bad after a few months and the support was horrible. After many hours of required troubleshooting when we all knew the camera was having problems they finally agreed to replace the camera. However, they won't ship it until I go through the trouble of shipping it back to them at my expense. After several hours of "troubleshooting" to have to be inconvenienced further is not acceptable.

I wanted a camera I could see live, motion sensored, & that I could put pretty far from the box. This does all of that, only problem is I'm having a bit of trouble with the geofencing. It doesn't seem to come on when I leave the house unless I set it to come on manually. I like the 7 days recording time free too.

It's good so far it does use the wifi so connection can be tricky.

The cameras work great. One of the downside is the batteries get drained fast so you have to recharge. Second, it is expensive and Arlo had some issues with the software but they took care of it. Overall, the product performs just fine.

I can't believe how much money I wasted over the years on cheap security cameras that never worked properly. The Arlo Pro works great. Even at night I can clearly see what is happening out in my yard or surrounding my property. Whether you need a system for inside or outside Security, I highly recommend this system.

15 min to install from the moment I opened the box to the moment I set my last camera. I have the Pro system so the 2-way radio on eavery camera is very nice. The only down side is the cameras aren't 1080p and the in why I gave 4 stars.

If you want to be the first one to know what's going on around your property this is the system. Wireless and easy to use. 5 camera service free. I'm very impressed with the quality. I've had Arlo cameras for several years now. I have had no issues and would highly recommend this to anyone who wants extra security.

We needed to just add a little piece of mind around the house. My friend got these so I decided we would try as well. Easy setup and they work great. I give them a 4 because they are not 1080p but still have a very good picture quality

Cameras need charged more often depending on what the wireless signal has to pass through. 3 of the 4 cameras are on the other side of a brick wall and they need charged more often then the one in the same room. Easy to set up and install.

After doing a lot of research on many different types of security cameras, I decided to go with the Arlo system. I’m glad I did! Very easy to install and set up. Batteries last a long time. I installed 2 months ago and they still both have 3/4 battery life still! Highly recommended!!

Our family was looking for a good all in one security system for our home. We have had this for over 2 years and it works just as good as it did the day we installed it. Battery life is excellent. The app is super easy and intuitive. Highly recommend!

Easy install, only took minutes on the software part. The cameras are an easy mount. The time was in moving the ladder around and lining the cameras up. I wish the cameras could be taught what not to alert on. Like a wind chime or a bird.

Quick and easy setup. Able to control motion and sound. I just wish it came with more outdoor mounting units.

It was simple to setup and has so many options for where to put cameras due to no cords! I have them in trees facing the property, rather them being on the building and point away from property. They are discrete. And speaker and microphone are awesome extra feature!

Wasn't familiar with this brand so read up on it. It's owned by Toshiba so I took the plunge. Presently surprise. Bought this for mother in law and after setting it up the pictures are great. The sound is much louder using on board speakers. It's not that great compared to my Sony but for the price it's all good

After doing much research and discussing the system with a Best Buy associate, I bought the Arlo Pro-6 camera system. It was easy to set up and is working great. I am very happy with this system's quality and features.

Bought the system for piece of mind after a recent break in. Set up was very easy. Added a 2 TB sea gate Hard Drive for retaining copies of videos though there is included on line storage and upgrades to that for an additional monthly fee. Highly recommend this system. It is a bit pricey but I feel worth the cost.

Best Purchase I have made! The cameras are great! We used them to watch the goats when my daughter was our of town. They caught the action when her goats went into labor, I was able to record it for her and call her friends to go to her house. I was in Indiana and the goats were in Ohio, so they do work !!!!
