Super easy to install. relatively clear images. Mic not great.

Went into Best Buy with the intention of purchasing a WiFi cam system, as a security system for my condo. Since I was not familiar with any of the brands I spoke with the sales associate who was extremely helpful. The Arlo product was so easy to set up, easy app to download and use, and everything is cordless.

Simple to setup. There is free cloud service of short clips up to 7 days and up to 4 cameras. No wires to run. Login is spotty at times. You might have to log out of your account and log back in. Overall a good product

It's a good camera system, but the voice is not clear enough.

Arlo is a still and or Visio image and communications system that is a well rounded home security option.

We have 2 cameras on our home. We live on a fairly active residential street. The batteries have only lasted about 2-3 weeks and then we have to get the ladder out, climb up and take them off to bring them inside to charge them. We were told when we purchased them and from the online reviews, that the batteries should last about 6 months. We only had them about a month and we've charged them twice. The customer service is very good and the camera itself and the picture quality is really good too. As long as you don't mind the charging often, or if you purchase the additional solar panel to attach to the camera, it's a good product.

Overall it is great.. sensors and video quality can be better.

I bought the 4 camera bundle. Installation and set up is pretty simple. picture is decent quality. i only wish there was a way to adjust the distance/sensitivity of the motion detector on the camera

Great outdoor/indoor camera..easy set up,ability to view and receive alerts on phone at no cost. Ability to add additional cameras at a later time.Only downside is you have to remove camera from mount to charge or change batteries.

I'm 54 yrs old female and I was able to put up 4 cameras, so if I can do it anyone can. Overall, the camera's are what I needed and I'm happy with them and wished I would of did this a long time ago, because I feel safer in my home. I've yet to put up the lights..

Reviewed this vs Canary vs Ring vs Nest and this was the best balance of price and performance. We do have one battery that seems defective, so will need to address that with mfg or Best Buy. Overall I'm a big fan of the Arlo line.

I have 2 separate base stations with 15 Arlo cameras a mixture of standard and pro they work great allows me to monitor my property without having to run wires to areas that there's no way I could get them to locations... I would recommend this for anybody wanting to monitor their belongings and property....

Good cameras they do their job however customer service for arlo is horrendous if you can't figure setup questions on your own The next step of calling them will exasperates you terrible customer service other than that the cameras do their job

It's a good, not excellent, system. I have one camera that the night vision does not work and trying to get technical support is next to impossible. Other features are nice and I like the Pro model that has rechargeable batteries.

Battery life could be better ... only lasts a month or two?

After getting it installed we would prefer two additional cameras, but we only have room for one more.

We installed this camera facing our back yard. It's great because it alerts us when there is motion detected, and then we can view the video. It's not a live feed like I thought it would be, but that's ok, it serves its purpose.

The arlo pro cameras are great, the HD video quality is very good. Could be better if when using hard disk storage there were no limit on the number of cameras. Currently it's based upon subscription to cloud services for a fee.

I have been using it for last two months and don't have any complaint. The camera quality is good and I don't think I can expect anything better from a security camera. However, the sound quality exceeded my expectation. Even if a tiny sound from another side of the room is clearly understandable.
