Camera works good but it does have a small delay in it

The system itself is user friendly and easy to set up. The only issue is how to charge the batteries for me and not being very secure if it was used on the outside and not high enough where someone can take the camera.

This is better than the original Arlo camera system I had but there are still some kinks I would like to see fixed. First, the motion sensor range is too small. It doesn't pick up motion that's 25+ feet away. Second, I wish I could mask the field of view so while I could view it it would only record to motion in a specific area. I would also like a more flexible mounting system and the white cameras stand out so starkly outdoors! I want black or brown or green to blend into the landscape. While only works if you mount it on the white trim of your house - and if you don't have white trim, well, you're out of luck. So you have to buy those after-market skins. The white cameras also reflect off a window if you've got it aimed out.

Good camera easy setup instructions to get the camera up and running were easy. One extra battery and a charger would have been nice. Website had further info on features but it would have been nice to put it in a manual.

These cameras work good but not great. Very easy to set up and use. The cameras don't detect motion coming straight toward them at all. Good system if you don't want to run wiring to all the cameras. The price is good.

Yes I would recommend to a friend due to its wireless

I have purchased other cameras before and the video freezes making it difficult to see. I have an 80 yr old mother that I have to keep an eye on when I'm not home and these cameras give me the ability to see her clearly, zoom in and also ability to talk to her on camera. Thanx to Arlo.

This truly is a fantastic product. Everything works as promised. The only mediocre complaint I have is battery life advertising. I live in a neighborhood where there is quite a bit of vehicle and foot traffic, and my batteries only last about two weeks for the highly active cameras. My biggest recommendation to any prospective buyer, is to buy more cameras than you think you want. I got four cameras and I wish I would have gotten five or six. My concerns/complaints are very minor. One. The cameras can't see through glass. I wanted to put them in a window to extend their useful life and make them easier for me to aim and charge. But they didn't work for my brief trial. Two. The accessories seem steeply priced. Everything from the spare battery to the charger to the extra mounts. I mean come on, I paid $700 for my camera system, can you cut me a break on the accessories? Three. The phone app is a bit clunky. Definitely not Bad, but could use some improvements for sure.

Arlo Pro s a very nice home security camera. PRO - Easy set up and easy to use. Just need good internet. works well with wifi system. Con - If you do not have good internet, this is not a good idea, go wired.

Arlo has been setup for about 2 weeks now and no issues! Love this system and very very reliable

We've used Arlo cameras for a while now & they work great. These new cameras also convey sound & the pictures are clearer. Now we can talk with whoever comes to the door even if we are not home, & they won't know it!

So far, it has performed as expected. Very easy to install! The only issue I am having is that on the recordings, the audio doesn't kick in until the 1 seconds mark. This can probably be fixed in a later software update.

Good product. High quality video that's ready to monitor. Recorded video is easy to download. Keep in mind it is wifi operated so if you have poor wifi there may some unreliability in there operation of the cameras

Very nice system, only draw back is the battery life.

Much cheaper than buying them one by one. The cameras work great and the battery last like a month or so. The charge time is about 3 hours. Only down side is that the lag is pretty bad. But otherwise they work great.

I thin these are great for someone who doesn't want any wires at all these are completely wireless, rechargeable batteries that last a few months before recharging them I would recommend the the optional mounts that you can buy to make them look more professional on the house. No monthly fees.

We have these cameras around our house and they are a very good quality. Everyone is always surprised at the good pictures and how clear it captures motion faces and animals. Could be a little. Sensitive with motion but over all it can adjusted.

Camera that gets used the most, motion activated, lasted over 4 months before needing recharging. Bases are a little hard to secure tightly as the cameras are magnetic and the base tends to move some. Once we got the hang of aiming them it was a piece of cake.

This is actually a good product. HOWEVER, if you plan to stream and record 24/7, this is not the product for you. The batteries will limit the convenience of this item. They should give a power cable for every camera, so you can simply change your game plan and just keep the cameras charged especially if you have an outlet nearby. The real downside is that because they are batteries, they often detect the motion, THEN starts recording.......alot of the times the object is out of the picture already.... or the object appears in the middle of the frame or at the end of the frame. Camera quality was very good.

I really like it will get another one for my business
