Some set-up issues

Took it back to Best Buy and they were wonderful about taking it back, although unfortunately since I got the last one in the store I couldn't exchange it. I think it's a good product but I apparently got a defective unit.

Great easy to install system

The only downfall is the batteries do not last more than a month if you have moderate traffic. We added additional cameras and have had no problem with adding units. Paying additional $10 a month is well worth the cost because of the extended recording as well as the identification of individuals vehicles and animals on the push notifications.
