Don't waist your time or money!
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I just got off the phone with tech support for 2 hours. 2 of my 4 camera's stopped working 4 days ago. Didn't realize it until I needed it and Bamm no recordings for 4 days because the other camera's weren't functional. And yes I had the premium support package. Apparently you have to update your camera's firmware often and if you don't well, they just don't work, all of them. I found battery life to be really bad. I mean if you have to climb up to take them down and charge them all the time then re-position them then updates without notifications, yada yada, what's the point. By the time I figured out all this you can't return it. Did I mention that if someone wanted to take them down, all they'd have to do is pull them off the magnet. It's really a stupid design. Which makes me what???? A victim to the coolest new tech... I'd give it an extra half star just because the tech support did trouble shoot it patiently from Vietnam (for 2 hours). Can't wait till the next update and have to go through this again. In the end they found 2 of the 4 camera's defective but wanted me to pay to send them back then they would send me new ones. After push back they are sending me 2 new with call tags.
