    These cameras are ok, the two ways voices thing is not good at all. It's about a few seconds lag. I have reset the system about three times for far in about a month.

    It is a good cheap set of cameras but because we didn't hard wire them in they need to be charged constantly and that is a pain.

    One of two won't motion detect and record.....long and painful process with ill-equipped support and 2 different people, I either spend the time to take it all back to Best Buy and swap out for a new system, or I have to pay to send it to them, they will pay to send me a new one. Beware, its not default to set this up and have both cameras motion detecting and recording out of the box. It takes work with modes and rules to get there. I still think this is going to be the right system for me, I understand that tech is occasionally not going to work out of the box. You will get unlucky. But this process has been extremely frustrating, and netgear just seems to not be on top of this at all. Support made it sound like I was getting special treatment for them to send me a new camera, even though I have to pay to ship mine to them. Just frustrating.....I have actually modified this before submitting, was at 2 stars and I wold recommend...but they sent me a return link that won't work and chat left. Think at this point I will return and go a different direction.

    May be that I don't have it set correctly, but it detects motion when cars drive by even though I can't see them. Sound detection is off but it still picks them up.

    Not crystal clear good enough though. Also the record very short clips even when movement is there, unless you set to record each video for 2 mins

    The camera worked great when first hooked up. We lost power and have been unable to sync the camera with the base station and the base station with the internet.

    Batteries died in a week on the first one .. the the rest lasted about 3 weeks before needing to be charged. One camera simply would not stay connected no matter how close to the base it was. Ended up returning to get my $640+ dollars back. Not reliable. Video quality was good , talkback feature was way to laggy to be useful.

    I bought these thinking it would be great to not have to worry about running wires because they're wireless little did I know I would literally be having to climb a ladder every other day to recharge the cameras it's really annoying. So for the most part one or 2 cameras are not capturing anything because they are charging witch defeats the purpose of having cameras! I turned down the settings to 20% and it still records everything

    After motion was detected, there was a delay in video. Often, the motion was not detected. It also was not good for darkness. Returned the product for a refund.

    My girlfriend wanted a camera setup for her house. I got her this but it’s expensive by the time you get in for several cameras and solar chargers.

    Technical support stinks. Product is shoddy. Had to return 2 cameras twice, wifi capability varies drastically around your home so you cannot place cameras in certain (in my case, very important) areas throughout the house, and base station stopped working after exactly 1 year and 7 days from date of original purchase (they don't count the multiple exchanges), which means I was 1 week over the manufactures warranty. So after spending over an hour with live chat, then tech support over the phone, I was told they wouldn't replace the base station since I was 7 days over the warranty. I've had nothing but headaches from this product. It stinks. And for the price, you'd think I'd get more than a year (inconsistent year) out of it. Thanks for nothing, Netgear. Save your money (and yourself a headache) and go with a wired system because Arlo sucks.

    The Arlo camera system did not meet our expectations. The 720p cameras look nice but the quality on video was not what it could be, especially with the night vision views. The 2 way audio did not work on any of the cameras linked to the Arlo program. The actual Arlo program for the phone was not user friendly at all for set up or monitoring. We ended up buying the Blink XT2 camera system which met and exceeded our expectations.

    I didn’t like the system at all for so many reasons.I had to change the batteries every 4 days. It kept losing off line and had a lot of glitches. I returned it to the store, then the nightmare kept going, Arlo has the worst customer service I have every experienced. They don’t have an email to reach out for help and the number I call passed me to someone who I could hardly understand. They kept sending me to the wrong person and were charging my card for a service I was trying to close. To close your account , you have to send proof of purchase for some reason. What a pain in the rear!!!! Not worth the trouble.

    These were a nice set of cams. The motion didnt live up to my standards. Often detection would trigger camera to late. Returned in favor of nest.

    Setting up and getting the camera and home station seeing each other was a difficult task. But now I have had it for a month and the battery needs a charge... Not a problem. Except the battery will not charge. It's brand new. Very disappointed and after researching more, this is a common problem. I gave it 2 stars because when it WAS working. It was great. But now it looks like I'll have to Shell out another $50 for another battery and just hope it works.

    The batteries for these cameras do not last long. Two batteries died within a few months. I had tinted windows so I placed the cameras with the bad batteries pointing out of the window and would trigger them with a "Smart Things" motion sensor. This way I could keep the camera's hard wired and not have to replace the batteries. This worked for the next few months. I ended up moving just over a year ago and so I stopped using the cameras. I uninstalled the last two batteries and kept the cameras stored away in the closet for the past year or so. We are going to be moving in the next couple of months into a place I can put my cameras back up. I plugged in the base station. Re-installed the batteries (displayed low charge). I then plugged the cameras in to recharge the batteries. They did not charge. That's 4 bad batteries within 2 years. It's going to cost $200 to replace them. This is unbelievable. I will be getting Nest IQ cameras instead.

    Camera system was good. Did the job but video quality could be better. Pixelated when zooming in close but I guess that’s what 720p does.
