Nice product but too expensive compare with other brands

Not to happy with this product cameras start going out one by one months after I purchased them. 3 cameras out of 6 out. I purchased extra batteries and thought that would fix the problem but it didn't.

Researched for 100% wireless cameras loved that they were and had rechargeable batteries! Got them home to hook us and they do not work with WINK and the signal strength is horrible. They are going back...

When I wanted to add a security camera I initially brought the Ring Stick Up Cam since it had two way audio and also can be charged by solar panel. I used it for a week but was very disappointed with it. Every few mins I would get a motion alert. If you get that many alert then it becomes little useless as you tend to just ignore those alerts. Also the worst is it will not alert you when there is actual motion. Also the customer service was non existent. Then I heard that Arlo came up with the Pro with two way audio. I immd. returned my Stick up cams and brought this one. It has been two days and I must say I am very much impressed so far. The video quality is amazing, Only had couple of false motion alerts per day due to a tree moving a lot which is totally fine. It has a big field of view. And the best night vision too. Even the two way audio is good. I have read some reviews that the audio was way too low in the camera but I did not experience that. The audio is perfect on both ends. Waiting for more software upgrades they announced for smart motion detection.

Arlo wireless cameras are no comparison to the Night Owl Extreme HD 3.0. Sales person sold something he didn't know know difference between the two brands. Night Owl is far superior and hassle free. Who has time to recharge batteries when you're on the go?

Speakers are barely audible Cameras don’t detect motion until you are a foot in front of them You are better off saving your money and buying dummy (fake) cameras because that’s basically all that these cameras are good for

Bought it and worked great until the SHORT 1-year warranty expired. The camera just went dead and the support with no help. This thing is expensive and can't believe the camera dies a short live and expensive to replace.

I thought I'd try out these wireless security camera's but I am absolutely regretting my decision. They don't hold a charge longer than a week or two. It's too much money to spend on such a garbage product.. Just get the wired cameras.

2 many problems for a new system. 2 of the 4 batteries didnt work after 4 m & we both were screaming on the phone 4. 1 hr 45 until they finally sent us 2 new batteries. 1 camera sends me a motion detection after a live feed. $700 on a half as$ product

Cameras have long delays and when you use the app it says buffering most of time.

2+ Second delay on live feed, motion sensors choose when they want to work, app based product with not enough functions. Taking it back ASAP. For the money, not worth it . For my safety and security not worth it at all.

I have not been able to use de cameras with out the charger. In the beginning they work fine with batteries already charged, but when they run out it has been imposible to recharge them

I have spent hours and hours with their tech support every couple of months when it's time to charge them, because they will not charge. Error after error, replacement batteries, chargers, it's a disaster.

About a year and a half of ownership, I do not record everyday or every night, maybe arm the system once or twice a week. And All 4 batteries seem to be junk already, they need to be charged Every week or so without use

Whenever I would move the cameras more than 3 feet away from the base station they would loose reception. If I wanted all my cameras stacked in one place this product would be ok, but that’s not practice. Total trash.

I've done everything on Arlo support, sent two support tickets with no response. I guess I need to take back but not sure I have receipt other than credit card. If it wasn't for this, I'd give 5 stars.

Purchased this to use at our business unfortunately it was defective and we tried to get it swapped out but my husband couldn’t find receipt so we still have defective one

Wasted a whole day trying to get this system to connect with current router. End of the day took this back and went with Google Camera system. 10 minutes later up and running.

We are going to return the system. One of the cameras keeps going offline. They said to bring it back and they will exchange it.
