If there is a lot of activity it probably needs to be plugged in other wise you will have to charge battery every once in a while.

I love this camera

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The only reason I’m giving it four stars and not five is that it’s really hard to adjust the sensitivity on the motion control but other than that it’s a great camera some cameras have a thing where you can box out certain areas and say only go off if this area of the field of view has motion this does not have that function

Works really good catching thieves trying to get into neighborhood vehicles. Even caught a stalker! It's also great to catch watch animals (4 legged) wandering around the neighborhood (Deer, Racoon"s, Opossum, Cat's and dogs). Had a family of 6 on my porch looking for food one night.

Quick and Simple to install

It was only a matter of minutes to connect this new camera to the base station and mount in the location I needed. There is no additional charge for monitoring since I am under the maximum allowable level of cameras before upgrading to a higher price plan.

Great images, No contracts

It records excellent images during the day as well as at night. Setup is easy and if you do have issues, their customer service will walk you through any trouble spots. I highly recommend this system if you want or need security and don't want to pay for a monthly service.
