Worked OK for about one year now does not display

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Camera worked OK for about 13 months now all I get is a gray screen and I cannot see any video, I tried every thing I could find but it will not display a picture anymore. The 720 ARLO that originally came with the HUB is still working OK but very low video quality. Cannot get a message to their tech support every time I get the message ready to send it aborts. Do not want to pay for tech support as I am over the 90 day support period. Would like to know if they can repair it but no luck in getting a tech message to them so far. Would not purchase another one due to problems with support.

Heavy battery drain

Though my solar panel does a reasonable job of keeping the battery usable, it still drains faster with the Pro 2 than with the regular Pro cameras.

In my opinion the night vision was not as good as the pro camera and couldn’t see cars in the driveway clearly at night.

Sound feature is worthless

The person would be long gone before they heard me. And the speaker is worthless from more than 8 ft. away. I am connected to my 5G router and still delayed.

Poor support

Asked for supervisor intent are you with me saying that she could take care of the Problem. Records from one sided screen does not record from the opposite Direction.

Not that good for the money

Similar to the arlo pro 1. Wasn’t all that excited about this cameras and it turns out not even all that better than the pro. Too much for how much I paid for it.
