Couldn’t get the Arlo device to pair with the Arlo Base Station therefore returned it. Even tried resolving pairing issue with Arlo tech support but it still would not work. Returned it thinking the device was defective but the replacement also wouldn’t pair. We have other Arlo devices and they work great, we were hoping to expand our Arlo cameras.

I’m not terribly impressed to be honest... a little crappy on the quality

Returned for the Ultra camera. Don't care for this basic model.. To many issues.

I like this camera snd the 2k quality is good but the ultra 4k quality is better.

I bought this thinking it was a stand-alone item. I was wrong. It needs an Arlo base unit.

I’ve been a big fan of Arlo products for a few years now but this device has been a constant disappointment. First, it won’t allow me to designate zones without having the camera constantly plugged in. It doesn’t make sense to have this feature if you can only use it wired on a wireless device. Second, only this camera goes offline constantly. I have five cameras, all are the first generation pro except for this one. Every camera works well and very rarely has an issue, except for this one. This camera is constantly offline and the only way for me to be able to get it to work again is to pull the battery and put a fresh one in. I’ve swapped batteries on this camera at least five times in the past 30 days to get the device back online.

Great if you don’t want to run wires all around the house. Easy to relocate to where is needed.

Daytime is great. Night vision, don’t waste your $

Good camera wS an add on to existing system. Would like to purchase one more

This is not a real time, a few seconds delay and .......?

The quality sucks does not record in 1080p as it suggested.

Options are available for easily expanding your current system.

Pricey for an add-on but the system is expensive anyhow.

Works fine but overpriced. Should at least come with charger.

Arlo provides great features but in order to use them the camera needs to be plugged in and for others i think you need to have a paid subcription. I returned it and go the Nest. a camera i don't need to recharge the battery and provide a cable long enough to have connected.

I didn’t notice much difference compared to Arlo Pro.

I have had my arlo system for 1 year now and all the cameras purchased are done and considered trash. They no longer will connect to the base station and even when they do for one day the batteries don’t hold a charge. I have considered buying an off brand battery but don’t want to waste my money if they will never connect. The first six month were good but after that they all went down hill. I will never buy an arlo product again.
