I purchased the Arlo Pro 2s less than 3 months ago. Nowhere in the description or on the packaging does it state the Arlo Ultra does not work with the Arlo Pro 2 Hub. You have to buy the Arlo Ultra Smart Hub to use the Ultra at all. TOTAL bait and switch. ALSO, there is NO cloud storage and if you want the Ultra to record at all you have to pay for a subscription.

I want a camera of higher Quality than that of my Arlo pro system. I bought the Pro 2. Camera to add to my system with the hopes of capturing Lisence plates. That didn' work out and actually was not as good as the Arlo pro cameras so I returned it. I didn't exchange it as I was just tired of messing with it. I'll probably try it again later. I probably just got a bad one.

I have three at home it works nice. Clear picture. I wish to buy another one. But best buy doesn't have in stock.

This camera is horrible, it constantly tries to force you to buy their packages by taking away the ability to view your recordings just taken. I have to constantly restart it to get it to stop. It came with a dead battery I am very annoyed I had to purchase a New battery on such an expensive device to begin with. I don't know if it's best buy and defective products or the camera. I brought my other two from hsn and no problems at all, so never again.

Overall I’m pleased with the Arlo cameras. The picture is clear except the ones we have outside aren’t very clear on misty mornings or rainy days. The app is easy to use. I wish it was a little more intuitive to set up different recording schedules. The rechargeable battery life is good, normally lasting a couple months.

Built in battery will not recharge at all. Tried a different cord since the original one that was sent to us was not charging it. I thought maybe that was a problem but clearly it’s not. Paid $200 for an Arlo camera that was completely charged when we got it and by time I needed to recharge it my 90 days was up and it’s unreturnable. Complete waste of money.

The camera does not stay charged, even after replacing the battery for a new battery. I have tried connecting it to my Arlo Solar Panel, and without it. I have also switched the battery between it and the battery of my other Arlo cameras. I have contact Arlo support on several occasions and no luck with resolving the issue.

Does not work with internet can not open to change battery

This was supposed to be compatible with my hub, but I couldn't get it to sync up.

I have a ton of these cameras. Battery life sucks. Camera quality sucks too lol

Out of all the Arlo devices I have bought. This one has to be the worst. It only worked for a few months. Camera does not record anymore or even detects any motion. I already reinstalled the camera. Still does not work. My older Arlo Pro 2 Cameras work way better.

You need really good Internet to run this or else you will have a lot of lag.

I can’t see any difference from the pro. I mounted this and the pro side by side and can’t see any difference even when I zoom. Also the pro 2 has this fast clocking sound in the audio. It’s so bad and laud it makes the audio useless.

The worst cam battery sucks went to Ring way better

I dont think this is made to endure hot temps. My front yard has a solar panel attached but hasn’t worked probably. Bought another battery thinking it was that, still same results. Long story short, i am bot waisting another dollar on this inferior product. Would not recommend.

Keeps going dead.Not the quality product I expected.

This was my 6th arlo pro camera. I couldn’t add it to my Arlo without paying more money. They sell a 6 pack - allow 6 cameras. 6 pack wasn’t available when I purchased mine as an early adopter.

It worked well for a while. I left it unattended while I was traveling and left the battery charge get apparently too low. Since then, I am unable to link the camera to the base.

Camera won't stay charged, base station won't stay online and customer service is HORRIFIC!
