All in all we're happy with our new Arlo system. It was very simple to install and set up. The only issue we seem to have right now is a delay in the live video feed time but that may have to do with physical limitations of our home and wifi network. Arlo has a great community forum online that we've been using as we work through this.

Everything went well except that one camera went "offline" while I was on vacation. When I returned, camera and battery were broken on my driveway below. Unsure how it went down but doubt foulplay. It is possible that a high altitude acorn knocked it off. The acorns have been so large my car has dimples where they hit. No worries, Arlo support made it right by swapping out the parts in question. I plan to tether the new camera with fishing line. Arlo system and support are among the best systems out there.

Directions were easy to follow. The pictures and videos stream pretty much in real time.

Anybody can set this system up. Tools-Cordless drill and Ladder. I'm overall happy with this system as it gives me ease of mind from being burglarized twice in 4 years. If there was anything I would complain about this product it would bed that there is about a 3 second delay once motion is detected that it starts to record.

This package, I have ad for over a month now and love the HD effect and the battery lasting power. My battteries are at 60% and it’s been over a month!

These cameras are easy to setup and very easy to maintain. Additionally if you want to change locations for monitoring its quick and easy.

The rechargeable batteries make things so much easier. The 1080p picture is great and being able to talk back and forth is a plus.

Less than a month in a torrential rain put one of the" Waterproof" cameras out of commission. I took it down an dried out out and it's working now but I'm worried it may be damaged. I don't like Best Buy because they give you 14 days to return? That's insanely short anyone-fa if time for the price of their items. The reason is they want ppl to " buy" a warranty. A warranty should come with anything you buy. Consumers should not have to buy what is basically insurance on their merchandise. It's a sketchy practice and had it not been on sale and just easier with the covid issue I would have used Amazon. Now I'm most likely such with a camera that is damaged after claiming to be waterproof and can't take it back. Never again... Best Buy. Your 199.00 warranty is ridiculous. You should staff behind you products and not put that burden on the consumer.

These are the best security cameras I've owned. If you want a great security camera with very clear images, then this is the one you want.

This system was very easy to set up and connect to our WiFi. Would recommend this system to anyone looking for wireless security.

Great system. Easy setup. Performs as advertised. Easily adjustable. Great mobility. Wish I had brought more cameras initially. Would buy again!

Setup was very easy, great for a relatively small space

Pros: Very easy to install...completely wireless. Looks sleek.. Lot of scope to improve. Break up : 4 camera cost to install Wifi IP cam with NVR/HDD& installation cost would come to 800-900$. Arlo P2 a good alternative...avoid all the wiring the headaches. Cons: (1) Needs to on direct power mode to turn the activity zone. Simple config steps to activate these wireless will help. (2) It would be great to 4 skins that we could pick ,4 Adjustable Mount and one additional emergency back up battery along with $800 package. Oh...Quality is not 720 or 1080P even with right config! That is really disappointing and inaccurate.

I set this up in less than 30 minutes. App is easy to use. I only wish it had a dedicated charger that is separate from the camera.

Having much research prior to purchase I decided on this system. I’m aware that some are advised as better but doubt it. This system was super easy to purchase on line and super easy to install. I love the wireless camera system so no need to screw around with wires having to be ran back to the base station. I purchased a four camera system which provides plenty of coverage inside and out. Battery life is strong but I utilize the 110 plug in for two cameras and a solar charger on one outside camera. I highly recommend for anyone.
