First and foremost don’t waste your hard earn money in this system. This product is terrible. There is also better systems out their than this for the money. Why? you many ask. First, the battery is garbage it will not last a week in a low traffic area. I’m not sure if it’s a camera issue or if it’s a firmware issue, but it will just all of the sudden record. Due to the battery draining so fast I had to buy super long micro usb to plug into an outdoor outlet. The main reasons why I got this system was because i didn’t want wired cameras. Two, the motion sensitivity is not what they advertise. I had a few kids jump my fence one evening and cameras didn’t record anything. That was with them running across the field of view. That’s only one of several instances where it didn’t record anything when it was suppose to. Also when you have activity zones the camera will not record anything when someone or something walks in into that zone. Three, trying to watch live video footage is a pain. Takes about 45 second to load a live feed. And about 1min to load the recorded feed. You would think Arlo would have fixed all the kinks and corks with this system by now. This is also with having 940mbps internet speed at home. It’s to late to return this product for me, I will mostly likely just use this system indoors. I spent over $1000 for this system and it was a total disappointment. I will end up replace this system for a wired swann system.

Easy to set up, view, record, listen! The ap is on our phones and we can both review the video easily.

Great image quality and very easy to install. control through the app is very simple and now I can monitor my house 24hs.

Was holding out until Black Friday to purchase this Alro 1080p 4 camera set up. Works great and easy set up!

WiFi signal increased when applied to power outlet. You have to purchase plan for additional features. I thought plugging into outlet would give the extra features. 2-way Voice volume is low. Motion detection range is narrow. Picture quality is beautiful.

Love the quality the camera puts out. Only bad things the birds set it off. Would recommend this set up

These cameras are a great buy. I was kind of disappointed that I hav to get a plan tho.

It would have been excellent except I had one came fail to at the setpoint one week after I installed it. Arlo told me to exchange the one camera. Best Buy requires everything to come back so I had to take everything down, get a replacement, setup and reinstall everything.

The best outdoor wireless security camera system out there! Battery life is long and usually around 3 -5 months long as long there isn't constant activity setting it off all day long everyday. Works with the Alexa devices so on the Echo show you are able to get the alerts and see them as well if you wanted to. The App is very easy to navigate and simple to understand.
