Guess if I purchased the extra monthly package it might be different. It says you can talk to people but that feature definitely doesn't work.

What a great purchase! The cameras and system were a breeze to setup and install. I am in the market for an indoor camera now to monitor our fur babies when we are away and will buy Arlo again.
