I love my new cameras. I like that I get notifications when there is movement.

Purchase for my uncle to install in his home, he seems to be very pleased with this product.

Unreliable, horrible equipment. Customer service is poor and unhelpful. The equipment looks nice. Tedious setup. I've setup dozens and you will have a delay and problems every single time. Some cameras will just stop working altogether, others live view works but they don't record. Very aggravating. Save yourself the headache and use Amazon Blink cameras. Arlo looks great but horrible battery life although simple when they work.

He said that it was very easy to set up and and he would recommend it to anyone

The Arlo Pro 2 Security Camera is awesome, and I would recommend it to eveeryone!

One of the reasons for buying this was for the 2 way communication. Wanted to be able to talk to someone at the front door. Well I could hear them on my phone but they could not hear me. The speaker on the camera was turned up as loud as possible but it was like a whisper. No way anyone could here you. Also the alarm is not very loud at all and the motion detection has a good 20 second delay. For $400 I would expect a lot more. Returned it the next day.
