One of my cameras started going off for no reason, I called Arlo and there's no help as a automated recording ask you to go to the app and click on support, which I did. its a chat bot that tells me that I don't have THE RIGHT TO A LIVE AGENT! and only the community can help me, so I need to read for hours to see if someone else encountered the same problem and resolved? this is pure BS. how can you sell a product and not give support? another one is that I turned off the sound alert on all 4 cameras but guess what/ still sending me sound alerts!! you can't stop alert on a camera unless you take it off the account (delete). live is on another level, it stop working all the time and a popup message tell you that they encounter a problem to try again. Long story short: no support, if a camera starts acting up, delete it from your account until you figure out something on your own, and don't count on live video

It only lasted 6 months. I'll stick with Ring. Much easier to use.

The picture is not as good as I had expected and I can’t connect to the microphone to be able to communicate

Wasn’t easy to install had to call to support. Have to charge every week or often.

I used for a little bit but they get you for the subscription if you exceed a certain number of cameras.

Ok, I had the highest hopes for this camera system, Arlo PRO 2 4 camera set. I really did. These are ridiculously overpriced for the quality. The lag before recording begins is awful. And if you have any sort of light at all on the nighttime settings, just forget about ever seeing the persons face! It will wash out any facial recognition that someone would possibly be able to identify the perpetrators by. The battery and wireless thing sounds cool, but this was 800 bucks I regret spending. It’ll definitely be returned today. Oh, and notifications will drive you INSANE!!! These things are miles behind and competition such as the nest or ring. Basically, if you want a really fancy motion detector, these are for you!!! I’d leave no stars on the rating if I could! JUNK!!!

These cameras are not very good at more than 20 feet away they are not worth the money but that is my opinion

Cameras worked ok until the HUB got unplugged from router accidentally. When I connected the HUB back to the router, the Arlo app would not recognize the HUB. I’ve contacted support through chat more than once and support was not helpful. I had to wait more than 30 minutes to even get support to chat.

Arlo system is OK but there are better ones out there. Had replace one of the cameras as it went bad.

You can get the same quality cameras off Amazon for less the price. Not completely worth the price.

System works well when working I could only get one camera to sync have not had time to take it back to the store yet

Inconsistent, thought the video would be better quality , app is slow , but I guess you get what you pay for

Im really frustrated. I spent several hours (20) on the phone with Arlo techs as well as comcast techs I even paid for a comcast tech to come to my house, thinking something was not compatible with the comcast modem/router. Turns out the comcast modem should work. The signal was strong, even showed a IP number, but the Arlo Base unit just keeps flashing amber. After calling Arlo tech support again they decided to send me a new base unit... that was two weeks ago. im still waiting! Please help,, I m thinking about returning the Arlo Pro 2 Thank You

the video is a little delayed certain actions like deleting, was hard to figure out and not convenient to do

Our camera quality wasn’t that great. It was a ok camera but the reaction time wasn’t that fast.

I think they are great camera for beginners but having to charge cameras every once and a while is not good

I hat that I have to be charging. Battery does not hold much charge.

Video quality is reduced when zooming in. System doesn't always connect to internet and gives an offline msg.

This product would be awesome if not for one single problem. The six camera outfit requires a paid subscription to Arlo service. Do not believe anything anybody tells you. You can only associate 5 cameras on your account even though it is clearly printed on the box that you can associate 6 cameras. Over the past 6 months, I have submitted two reviews on this product to warn people and they keep mysteriously disappearing.
