I bought this system at Bestbuy and overall it isn't worth the high price. This my second unit as the first one was returned after it stopped working after 6 months. A Bestbuy Geek came out and couldn't get it working. The algorithms for it to record motion suck! Every slight motion of a blade of grass moving in the slightest breeze alert the system to record a clip. It also seems to alert on shadow movement from the sun moving across the sky. It also alerts to small flies flying through the field of view, even from many feet away. I have tried changing camera sensitivity lower, even to zero which sometimes helps, but I still get hundreds of alerts and clips. Also, within days the sensitivity settings mysteriously revert to 80% and I again get thousands of alerts and clips to delete. I have tried repositioning the cameras as well to no avail. It has become "the boy crying wolf." I get thousands of clips recorded every week that take hours to delete. If something did happen on my property it would likely take days to find the clip with the offending action I'm looking for. While video and sound quality are excellent I would not buy this product again and will be returning this unit and getting a different system because the software and algorithms are useless. But hey, if you want to spend hours deleting clips or spend days looking for the clip that shows the intruder breaking in, by all means waste your money.

It has been about a year since I purchased my Arlo Cameras. I love having the peace of mind knowing that I can check my place at anytime I'm not home. They have been reliable ever since I purchased the. The setup process was fast and pretty straightforward. The quality of the cameras is excellent. After a year of usage I can comfortably recommend them!

Extremely easy to follow instructions for fast setup. Great cameras for my needs. Motion sensitivity control is great and ability to focus on specific grid is great, although only when powered not under battery power. Still not clear on audio controls as audio recording is great but ability to talk is not working by default for me. Battery life is going well after 3 weeks but will need more time to truly judge. Free weeks storage is a great feature.

I love the idea that there’s no wires to run along or inside the house. Have accessories for solar or plug into outlet. Sadly the batteries do not last long in high traffic areas such as outside with dogs and less traffic areas like front of house lasted 3 weeks. But mostly it doesn’t pick up things when it should. Dog was walking around the pool and jumped in but it didn’t show the dog in the water at a time you think it would have recorded. Also you need a very reliable WiFi connection. If you want to look at a live view some times it loads in 5 seconds other times it won’t after 2 minutes. They are nice to have but if you want real video and live time camera, I don’t think this is your best choice unless they are all within 30’

It is super easy to set-up. The battery life has been unbelievable. Picture is clear with great detail.

The Arlo Pro 2 Cameras are easy to set up and they perform excellently. I would recommend these to anyone.

Easy camera system to setup and integrate into your home network of devices. Great picture quality.

This set did not have the mounting legs, only the magnet balls. Boyfriend bought the same model at Costco and it came with the mounts. The video is clean, a bit difficult to charge the batteries because they have to be charged while in place. There is no charging station.

WOW! These cameras are AWESOME!!! Easy to set up and SUPER CLEAR!! I would definitely recommend these to everyone!

This Arlo Pro 2 set replaced an even older Arlo system I had previously. Setup was very easy, syncing wasn't a problem. I kind of wish this set included four mounting brackets instead of only one but I managed to make the little magnetic balls work. The video quality is excellent even at night. My only complaint is that the speaker on the camera isn't loud enough and the person at the other end can't really hear you that well.

I was expecting this product to be much better than the 720.. but it was not. I did not see any better on the camera at night and the settings seem to have been adjusted for the distance for picking up motion. Even with the top setting, it still does not pick up motion at a distance. A person or animal has to be half way up my driveway before the video starts, although with the 720 it would pick up cars driving by my house. Although the most problematic issue is that the app takes so long to connect. I even bought a wireless extender thinking that may help, but sometimes it takes 25 seconds to get to the video and sometimes the microphone fails to connect all together. Despite all this i would recommend because the product is easy to use and there is no monthly fee for the basic package.

I love Arlo pro is very easy to installed and for used and the quality is very good

Set up for the Arlo was a bit touch and go. Had to reset the base station once to get everything to work properly. Then had to reboot base station several times because cameras would lose connection. Then had to completely reset everything to factory settings to get it to integrate with HomeKit. So not the best of starts. With that said...once everything got up and running as was functional, smooth sailing. Able to see live feeds and the recordings are of good quality. And the free 7 day tier of cloud recordings is very nice. So rocky start, but all is well now. Also--not a fan of having to charge the cameras, but I knew what I was getting into when I purchased the product--so can't knock it for that.

We aren't real tecky people but was able to set up the cameras.. They are wonderful.. Makes us feel safer

Within minutes of getting home, the cameras were up and running! The picture is amazing! These cameras are definitely worth the price. The only issue I've had was the microphone doesn't pick up if the subject is more than a foot or two away (which isn't a huge deal).

Very clear video and battery life could be better alto I have used before I would recommend it
