This is a really good camera system. No issues setting up the cameras and the 1080P is really clear. I’m a photographer and use multiple camera systems - I actually like the slightly over saturated color out of the system for revealing details in the security image. I will be adding a fifth Arlo Pro 2 camera to complete the setup.

All in all this is a solid product. I have built my own systems before using Rasberry Pi's and various camera housing. The Cloud abilities are good but the free account is rather restrictive in capabilities.

Great field of vision. Motion detection is very sensitive though. Get several false notifications from bugs or trees blowing in the wind. Other than that no complaints. Easy to mount outside. Hold up to the elements.

I owned the original Arlo cameras. I felt like I needed audio and video so I go this product. The battery life is the only issue. I have to charge four cameras at least every 2 weeks

Camera system seems to work well, easy to install. It would be nice if the cords for plugging in the cameras were longer, even the cameras that were by an outlet didn't reach, so we had to order longer cords.

Easy to install and use, batteries wont last more than 1 month and now that i have to recharge i am getting a charging error. spent over 1 hour with customer service yesterday and they told me to uninstall everything and do a very long process of pairing the cameras to try to charge them. Took me at least half day to be able to charge 3 cameras and i still have another 3 to go. I saw a lot of complaints about the charging issue, I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT.

Wifi doesnt reach 309ft as advertised, battery drains within 2 months sometimes sooner but video is very clear and motion detector works very well

The cameras are good in quality and they work amazing for a front door camera.The only downside is that a couple months ago they started lagging every now and then but hopefully a new update will get rid of any bugs.

Bought originally a 4-camera system in 9-2019 and installed them without too many problems. Expanded later-on my installation with this 2-camera system to complete a whole house outside perimeter protection. I did installed a strong Wi-Fi network, to optimize the multi-camera performances. I gave only a 4-star rating to the camera-system due to the following: MUST have the cameras hard-wired, to fully utilize all the features. The Solar panels have toooooo short "custom cables". Also the Solar Panels are a VERY poor performing option...NOT recommended.. After more than a year in service, all cameras are still working flawlessly.

This home security set is perfect for DIY’ers. I love that I can use the cameras on their own or “buddy“ them up. For example I am able to put one outside and set one inside, then in settings I can set it when the outside one detects motion tell the inside one to record. I also like the rechargeable aspect, that was a big deciding factor, but I am bummed the solar accessory isn’t compatible to this model. My only other gripe is the time delay on the app from when I am alerted to how long it takes to connect & let me see live mode what set it off. It’s not super long, but not as instant as I’d like. Overall I love them. Fyi...this is our third set! First set was the basic arlo set for a gift.

Great Security Camera System, works great easy to set up

We're liking this although a drop of rain or insect will set off camera as well as a bush or tree moving from wind or breeze. Just have to take the time to adjust the camera to avoid the latter.

I would look elsewhere for security camera system, one of the cameras had a defective and it has been a nightmare to deal with support. They are very unorganized and provided me wrong information twice, even cancelling my replacement because they "thought" I received it. So, 3 weeks later, I am still trying to get a replacement camera. The build quality does not seem to be durable enough to withstand the elements for long periods of time. Also if you don't have them plugged in, the battery life is very short.

I needed a camera system for my second home. This works great. The set up was easy and easily attached the cameras where I needed them. The software and cameras are paired perfectly. It advices you when ever there is any movement. I recharge the cameras every 3 weeks but I'm sure I can go at least a month and half in between charges. Love it.
