I had been looking into getting a video doorbell to help alert us when packages showed up but the more I started thinking about our overall needs for more security I began looking at video systems. This system quickly became a top choice for ease of setup and flexibility of placement. I have now had it installed a little over a month and all the batteries are still on their first charge, motion detection works really well, and I even paid for the yearly service so our dogs weren't setting them off all the time and I would say that feature works about 95% of the time. I do wish night vision reached out a little further but overall very happy with this system.

Would’ve been nice to know that with more movements the camera dies same day!! My front driveway is near a busy intersection which caused my front camera to die the same nights we installed all 4 of them!! Had to order 30ft chargers from amazon to plug them up . Doesn’t help that their wireless . Should’ve gone with the Nightowl WIRED one instead ++ we paid Geek squad for installation just for us to take down the cameras and reinstall them again. Smh Good quality cameras love the features but the charging sucks!!

Besides a few issues with the app and geofencing (which have been resolved) these cameras work as expected. Easy to turn on and off and view remotely with the mobile app.

I’ve been using this camera system for the past month to monitor the house during a remodel while away and it has been a great piece of mind to keep eyes on certain zones. It’s very easy to use and setup. I really like that it notifies me instantly on my phone app if motion is detected and I can then access a video clip of it easily.

Setup of the unit is easy. Logging events is helpful and the unit is compatible with other services that help tie in your connected home. Cameras may not work when temperature dip down to below zero.

The product and quality of video during the day is awesome in the night it’s not too shabby. The video is not real time there is a delay. But over all I am satisfied with the purchase.

Got this yesterday and it's already up and running. Be sure to get extra outside mounts if you plan on using some cameras outside. This comes with only one outside wall mount. Clear video and push notifications sent to your smart phone. Tested the two speaker and it worked great. Wireless step is great.

Super easy to setup. Battery life is about a month in my high traffic areas. The IOS app works well with a 2 second delay from when I walk out my door to when my phone alerts for motion.

This is a good product however the batteries seem to go out often. Since I’ve owned it I’ve had to keep replacing them so we are going to hardwire it instead.

The system was very easy to install and works really well to help secure our home. It is very sensitive to wind and small animals but rather it pick up those things than nothing at all

My biggest concern is the gaps in recordings. I'll have people outside and it will record maybe 30 secs to a min then stop. Then record again and I can see the people have moved significantly, sometimes off the camera. Which defeats the purpose of the system when I got it to protect my vehicles. And $20 a month to record for one camera is a bit much. Picture quality wise and user friendliness it's a great system though. These gaps in time are just very frustrating especially when there is still current movement ongoing.

Can view and talk through cameras. Zoom In to see closely. Video is very clear. App is easy to use. Battery life depends on how much activity the camera gets. Resolution can be adjusted.

Over 1 year in use and still operating as designed .. in my opinion, the BEST WiFi camera system on the market . The only knock from me would be the sensitivity setting . I’d like the camera to be even more sensitive to movement than it already is ..

Great picture and sound quality. Was easy to install. The only thing is I wish it took a longer video but that may be in the settings somewhere. I am also not a techie.

great cameras, long battery life, and high quality HD video. only comes with one USB charging cable. recommend buying a quick charger so you can charge two batteries at once to save you time and hassle. no need to buy the service plans unless you need more than 1 weeks worth of recordings or more than 5 cameras.

So I have had the Arlo Pro 2 for exactly 1 year. We immediately started having problems with Battery Life. We followed all of Arlo's customer service instructions but nothing helped. We have a fast internet connection and the most powerful router that Best Buy sold. Arlo immediately replaced the battery but this did not make any difference. I put a power pack in my garage and wired it to the camera. I still have to recharge the power pack about once a week. We do average about 60 videos a day.

Arlo Pro 2 is the best investment we have made for our home this year! Makes our house feel secure when we are here and away!
