    The instructions for installation are easy to follow. I am not the most tech savvy person and I had them all up and running within a half hour of installation. The battery life has impressed me. I have had the cameras set up for over a month and I have charged them once besides the initial charge. Good clarity through the speakers during conversation.

    Bought this for my mother because she wanted a security system she could monitor from her phone and it needed to be wireless because im too lazy to run wires though he walls. now i have had to listen to her complain for over a year about how terrible they are because they pick up a leaf blowing in the yard but not someone walking their dog and letting it poop on her yard without picking it up. if you want a good wireless camera system buy ring products. the monthly fees are the same except the ring works pretty well. they're also cheaper, 4 wireless ring cameras at $99 each VS these at the $800 they cost new. the only thing you dont get with the rings are a spotlight which is pretty mediocre on these anyways. they get 2 stars because they sometimes work.

    I had the Arlo Pro 2 as compared to the Pro 3s which I have now.... the Pro 2s have better color resolution in the daytime than the 3s, (I'm still trying to adjust to the night vision because the Pro 3s have color night vision it only activates the color night vision when you have the spotlight activated turned on thats kinda my downfall on the 3s if u want it in color.. if you want regular night vision without color the spotlight has to be turned off which I kind of don't like) I got this on sale for $399 with an extra Pro 3 camera which is a pretty good deal... also get the subscription for $10 a month it's worth it,,, for the people activation animal and motion vehicle detection... if only the pro 3s would have better color resolution it would be a much nicer unit.... both models are great

    We picked this system up today and the setup was quick and easy using the arlo app. It detects people walking in normal and low light indoors which is what we got the system for. The video quality is very good in normal light and acceptable in low light with the led turned off. Video playback is easy via the Android app but does not work at all in any PC web browser, you must download the clips to view on PC. The included accessories are disappointing especially at this price point. There is only one power adapter and cable for two cameras so you cant charge both at the same time. There is also only one of each type of camera mount so you need to buy additional mounts if you want a specific type. The included network cable for the base station is Cat5e and should be at least Cat6.

    This is a very good camera . It is very clear and it pick up anything that move no matter how small or big . I would recommend this camera to anyone who need a very good camera. We love our camera Thank you Goldengirl

    I love these so much. Can’t say enough good things about them. They are reliable and almost never drop WiFi. The picture is very clear on them. Much better than you even see in stores when they are trying to catch the “bad guys.” They should invest in these cameras. The monthly fee is less than others also. Highly recommend.

    Cameras set up pretty easy. The 300' line of site is a joke! Try about 80'. Highly misrepresented. Image quality is great, motion sensor works well with few false alarms. Here is the BIG PROBLEM: I am in 600 mps hardwired internet. All cameras have a full signal and are within 50' of the base. I have 5g Verizon on my 5g phone. The delay of trying to live view a camera is pathetic! Why even have them? By the time I actually connect to live view my family would be dead and my home ransacked!! I've tried every fix listed everywhere... hey Arlo... FIX THIS! much cheaper cameras have very little delay.

    I like this system. Still trying to adjust the settings so the camera doesn’t alert/record every 12 seconds but I’m confident I’ll get there. Super easy set up and with extra batteries charged and ready to go it’s a breeze.

    I was looking for an upgrade on my old system and this was exactly what I was hoping for. Great video quality as well as capturing audio along the way. Notifications seem to work great. If I have one complaint, it would be that notifications come a tad late. Roughly takes 30 seconds to receive an alert after movement is detected.

    The cameras are good, but there are issues. Sometimes it will disconnect from the modem and sometimes you can not connect to the voice output in the camera. Sometimes we have no color. But other than that decent camera

    Cameras are good too bad you'll have to pay with arlo pro 3 I enjoyed years of free recording with arlo , arlo pro , arlo pro 2 but as all good things come to an end I rather pay ring and get more responsive cameras with device protection for $100 per year
