The camera clarity on the Arlo is great. The app sucks. It lacks major versatility. It relies on geofencing to automate arming the system. I'd rather set time schedules myself for each camera NOT the entire system. It's not intuitive at all. There is so much more to be desired by the app. It will intermittently log me out of the app and I won't get notifications which is pretty dang important if you ask me. I had to create a separate account to view the cameras on my PC if I don't want it logging me out on my phone. I do really like having the battery power. They hold up for about 3-4 weeks depending on placement. I like being able to just move them where ever the heck I want on a whim.

We got NO help at either Vallejo or Pleasant Hill stores. We went on utube to learn what we needed to know and actually inform the store staff for what they should have been telling us. I installed the cameras myself and my wife did all the rest of the set-ups. We are less than satisfied with the battery life as I am constantly changing them out and charging them. I am 80 tears old and ladders are on my do not use list. There is a manual on line but very hard to use. It is very hard to read a six inch page on a two inch iPhone screen. Where is the paper manual? I am thinking we wasted over $1000.00 for all this frustration.

The cameras work great! The resolution is great. The cameras will pick up people, animals, and vehicles and classify them as such. You can even set zones within the camera view to receive notifications. This is very useful. I would recommend these to others. This will cover a large house but the signal will weaken if it's too far from the base unit. Ideally, you have these plugged in all the time as well.

Love this system! Easy to setup and control from the app. Picture quality is perfect!

Overall the camera works good. But my little dogs trigger the motion sensors all the time. The camera records every time the dogs walk by, reducing battery life to about 1 week. Had to buy 2 extra batteries and a charger to be able to exchange low batteries. Not to happy with that.

Best cameras I have seen yet. I'm glad I spent the money on the pro 3 the 2k is incredible.

I purchased my first Arlo security cameras four years ago and I was happy with my purchase, the cameras fit my needs. Then I graduated to Arlo Pro/Pro 2 and I was impressed with the video images and I liked the two way communication ability. I love the Arlo Pro 3! The images are sharp and clear - day or night. I'm very happy each camera now has a siren, it's far more effective at chasing off unwanted visitors.

The Arlo Pro 3 cameras have great reviews for a reason. The set up is effortless and the camera resolution is great. I am also pleased with the battery life so far. I had a solar panel hooked up to one of the harder to reach cameras and it is working seamlessly. The app could use some work to better set preferences and customization of settings in alerts for iPhone but that is my only complaint.

The battery life is nowhere near the 6 months advertised. But that’s really the only thing I don’t like about this setup. It’s easy to use, high quality, and expandable. And... I don’t have to pay any monthly fees for monitoring. Everything I wanted.

Great experience so far. We got these for Christmas and just got them set up!

Easy to install, great options for alerts or live streaming. The clarity of the picture is outstanding. Had to buy an additional mount for outdoor viewing since there was only one magnetic and one screw in mount. Very pleased with the purchase. Arlo was recommended by a professional security camera installer as a good option for home protection. He was right on the money.

Cameras are so easy to install, great video quality and amazing field of view.
