Great item. Works great. Very pleased with the Arlo brand

Perfect upgrade from Arlo pro 2 system. Better in everyway

My experience is that this Arlo system is great only for those who want to use it with the add-on cloud service which is initially free for 3 months. With cloud service, you get to see your recordings from anywhere and anytime. But if you are like me and you aren't ready to purchase the cloud service, then it is not so great. When I first got my Arlo system, I was seamlessly able to view my recordings on my own internal storage using my phone. The only problem however was that this only worked one one account and my other family members could not view the recordings. Ok, fine I learnt to switch that privileged to my wife's device by uninstalling and reinstalling. Maybe there was a better way. Now comes the part that prevents me from buying other Arlo devices that I was planning to get. A while after the 3 month free cloud service was up, we could no longer remotely view recordings on our internal storage. The video library always defaults to cloud storage on all our devices even though we no longer have cloud. On the one device that can switch to internal storage, it does not work. To see any of our recordings we have to go to the Smart hub, remove our internal storage device and insert it into a computer. But that is not all. If you have accumulated a lot of vidoes, and we certainly did, it is very time consuming to navigate to the ones that you are interested in because of the way that the storage is organized. With cloud storage, all of this is much easier so we either have to purchase the cloud service or switch to another camera system. If we decide to switch, at least I will know what questions to ask this time. I spent a lot of time reading about this Arlo system before I purchase it and I did not see this issue. Maybe most people are using the cloud service.

Great wireless camera system. Setup was pretty easy. It came with 2 magnetic mounts and 2 screw on mounts. Wish they would have came with 4 screw on mounts and maybe an additional charging cable. It came with one charging cable and setting up was slow since I could only charge one camera at a time but overall system is working flawlessly.

I like the cameras to use for the dogs when we leave the house. These are ok. The clarity is fine until you really need to zoom in. You wait forever on hold for Customer service

I am so happy and excited to have purchased this Arlo-Pro 3 camera. Just having the extra security that it provides gives my family and I a feeling of more protection. I am very happy with this purchase from Best Buy and the product is working out very well. I hope to add more Arlo cameras in the future. I'll be looking out for them in your ads.

Love the new features available with these cameras. Only drawback is that it takes a while to see the video captured on your device once you receive an alert. I expected that to change once upgrading to this version. Great cameras.
