I don't really have anything to compare it to, but i will say i wish the battery lasted longer. Also, it catches plants and bushes blowing in the wind way too often. I wish there was a way to cut that down.

Purchased as a gift for a family member, since her 1st Gen Arlo's were essentially bricked by their recent firmware update until they fix it. She's enjoying the finer resolution and it was easy to setup. What I like is the fact you have access to 7 day's of recording for free, unlike other wifi security camera systems that charge varying subscriptions. Arlo does offer those as well, but it's nice to know free is an option too. Now we're just hoping Arlo will rectify the software update for 1st Gen, so we can integrate them back into this system.

Arlo has good quality cameras does the job would buy more.

This is the forth system I have bought and the best one. Although wireless, you can supply power to the camera if you have an outlet nearby. Another option I like is the ability to use your own storage rather than subscribing to the cloud. There is other features you can subscribe to that could make it a top rate system like the ability to contact 911 in an emergency.

Bought to keep an eye on things. Now I wish I hadn't, too many stray cats in the area. Great product and super easy to set up.

Absolutely amazing! I am really happy with my setup. Great quality home security cameras. I hope they will last for a long time.

Price was way to high. Other than that, easy to install. You get 2 magnetic mounts that are not secure. If you plan to install them outside, you will need to buy extra screw mounts. Adding a usb hard drive allows you to save recordings without having to pay for their services when your free trial runs out. Installs fast and app works great!

the cameras very good but the subscription is expensive

I researched many cameras. These are definitely worth the cost. Simple setup, easy mounting. Nice user friendly app. Glad I went with Arlo.

I started with Arlo about four years ago. Had the old 720 cameras. Wow! What a difference. Highly recommend the upgrade.

This is a great camera system. It also zooms in as it see motion. I definitely will be buying more to cover my premises.

Huge field of vision which is wonderful. Zoom feature is nice too. This set up with ease and I'm not good at this so you don't need to be a techie to do it! You'll need a subscription to store video on the cloud with them, but this security system is a good one. You can receive notifications for just about anything that comes to your door to give you peace of mind.

The Arlo Pro3 cameras and smarthub is just what I wanted. They were easy to setup and mount. I have complete coverage of my front and back yard with four cameras. The resolution is superb and can categorize the type of motion detected: animal, vehicle, person, package ( this will require a smart plan, I believe). I even have the cameras on a schedule so the front cameras are always "armed: and the back cameras are on only at night. I can also arm all cameras when I leave the house via geofencing.

Works great! Easy to install, magnetic mount is very strong. Great range and field of view plus color night vision works great.

Very clear video and sound recordings - day and night. Recordings are triggered by motion and/or sound. Excellent layer of security.
