    took forever (3 days) to get installed and in sync with phone. would have been nice to have phone assistance the first time we called.

    I learned it would take a newer router for outside but that wasn't the problem. The problem was Best Buy" required "to buy their insurance policy in order to have geek squad hook it up ON top of their 200.00 fee! Returned it immediately Was told from manager it was because it cost them more to hook it up outside. I should of been told this before purchase. So total cost would of been over 1,000.00 not including if I needed a new router.

    We were very excited to get the arlo security system set up and when it worked we loved what we saw. However, it was very sporadic so we found that unacceptable and returned the system to Best Buy. The first time we had a package delivered a few days after having it installed we were so excited to be able to watch on the camera. Guess what? Nothing there! I had came home a few minutes later and I was on the camera but the package being delivered nothing!!

    This is simply the best solutions for our needs! We live the high resolution cameras, HomeKit compatibility, and how easy the app is to use. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to add some extra visibility to their property!

    I like this at first but when I install it wasn’t to impress with the quality plus its battery operated which I’m not a fan of

    Very easy to install base station and sync cameras with the system. The spotlight is adequate but the tracking of movement and the zooming in on subject is fantastic. Very satisfied with this product.

    Great product hooked up real easy and tbe cameras see everthing The picture quality is excellent day or night add a few extra cameras onnly downfall only two cameras can be at 2k with this hub

    They all said the cameras were easy to install and that you will get instant feed from WiFi but it is not true. I have a fairly big house and have a great WiFi System that covers both up and downstairs of my home. The real problem about this product is the the Arlo router that is suppose to give broadband with to these cameras can’t cover big areas and can’t go through concrete and can cover only 300 feet. I have concrete walls downstairs and the cameras couldn’t give me a signage from corner to corner of my property. I really had high hopes for this product and repeatedly tried more than several rimes to get all cameras to work but the only ones that work were in close proximity to the Arlo router. Also Arlo tech support was no help because all they wanted me to do is move their router in my house to accept access to all the cameras. That is like playing musical chairs and putting it where it’s no feasible to the decor of your house. Very disappointed with this product.

    This was so unbelievable easy to get started Installed holders Charged batteries. Connect hub. Set iPhone app. Ping go it was working. And price was great. It was almost to easy

    The Arlo sistema is excellent Im very happy the only big problem is the customer service Arlo is very bad I’m trae several time call for so-port never have respond uno time wetting for 1:30 minutes. I’m very disappointed

    one of my cameras are starting to flicker,from dark to color but when I turn on the spotlight it starts functioning properly.

    Upgrades from the pro 2 are not that user friendly

    I upgraded my pro 2 set up to the 3 and was not happy about needing to pay a monthly subscription for video to work and be able to have a history. You have to check the mounting position constantly because the video screen and mounting position screen show differnt views and recording will stop if the position is not right. The mounts are not as durable as the pro 2 so the camera shifts So I have to adjust it frequently.

    Still haven’t figured out how to set talk mode on all cameras , alerts come in late 15 minutes or longer sometimes on wireless camera’s

    The setup is extremely easy installation and setup. The pictures are very high grade. The option of subscribing to a service, or not, was critical to me. I like it enough that I will be buying one for my son and his house.

    Only rating 2 stars because it was partly my mistake, or else it would be 1 star. I have an Arlo system that is perfect, with no subscription required. Works great. I bought this system expecting the same results, only to find out a paid subscription is now required. No thanks; went to Eufy instead.

    Very easy set up and installation. Clear and detailed video and audio quality. Notifications of movements are almost instantly received on my phone with accuracy on what the detection was. Cannot wait to add more!

    Ugh, Arlo just couldn’t get it right this time. Where to begin. The picture quality is so-so. Battery life is horrible. Reaction time for notifications because everything processes in the cloud first makes this version HORRIBLE. Can’t believe I am saying this but makes me want to switch to RING. For the price it is a huge fail.

    Good Camera system. Range and battery life is good, just make sure you router and internet and sufficient enough to make the system work properly. Good app and settings

    Great product, only thing is that once the trial is over you will have to purchase storage, older models had a 7 day trial.
