    Install everything really quick in one day. Only cons is that you need a subscription for better features.

    I purchased the iPhone 11 but for some reason it shows this in place for the iPhone in my shopping history. I guess that’s the Best Buy employee’s fault. Anyway I’m sure the security camera system is great.

    It would be a 5 star rating. However, it was disappointing when I learnt that Arlo does not have Cloud plans in Puerto Rico. Even though, PR is a US territory. I was about to return them. Due to the circumstances with the COVID-19, I decided to keep it and deal with an USB storage device. I also believe that the customer assistant should explain this to avoid misunderstandings.

    We LOVE this system! Easy to install, great clarity and keeps you informed of any movement around your home. Economical security system that is hands on. Highly recommend this product.

    I have the original Arlo and was excited to get these however they do not work as I hoped they would. The response is slow or non existent. My daughter left cameras pick up activity when these do not. The pictures are much better and the tracking is nice. My husband and I are very disappointed in them.

    Despite adjusting settings to prolong battery life, the time between recharging is disappointing with barely a month between charges. Furthermore, the software running the activity zones is flawed. I routinely receive alerts outside the activity zone. I'm disappointed given the price point.

    The cameras are good and the features are great but the solar panel chargers are mediocre but otherwise fine product.

    The weather here in Illinois hasn't been to good for installing the cameras. I have one set up on the porch and am having a problem getting it set to catch motion. I have it set to the most sensitive setting for motion but it still has a problem with picking up movement. I'll have to get back with further info after I have had them up for a while.

    I have used many products and they were great. I planned to use this as this was wireless capable but one draw back got me return this. This will not record 24/7.

    Easy setup and very good quality video's. Still have a few more of the cameras to install out of total of 4, but expecting they will function as well as what I have installed currently.

    The Battery Life is not very long if you have a lot of activity. The Software is not very easy to configure each camera Notification and recording motion. Wyze cameras have much better software at a lower cost. If I could return them I would and Buy Wyze Cameras.

    Not worth it, in my opinion. I have had these for 3 weeks now and nothing but issues. I only connected 2 out of the 4 and I can only imagine what headache the other ones would bring. I have had to resync 1 camera because it stopped connecting. Today, both cameras stopped streaming in 2k. When you contact support, all they say is, "take out the battery and put it back in", "restart the hub", and "resync the camera." If I am spending $500+, this thing better work flawlessly. I lost 2k streaming and now there is no fix for it. They don't know what to do. Also having to pay a subscription fee after the 3 month trial expires and having to deal with a "sub par" quality system, not worth it. Try another brand before giving this one a shot. Returning this one asap
