I purchased these cameras after months of review and or research - they were not worth the hype, nor were they worth the money paid for them. I wish I had put tried them out prior to the return date expired (15 days). Un Happy Customer

Buyer beware! While this set works fairly well, Arlo is totally taking advantage of people, and swindling them into a perpetual monthly subscription. Unknowingly to the user, when you purchase these cameras Arlo enrolls you in a 90 day trial. There are very basic features of the cameras like viewing short recorded clips tied to this trial. While that was free functionality with all previous Arlo products, it is not anymore. Arlo does have a small mention of this on the box, but they go out of their way to hide this with the auto-enrollment in a free trial within their software. It’s no fun to own a product for 90 days (conveniently past the return window) to realize that the product you bought is basically bricked and useless without perpetually paying Arlo money. Shame on you for this tactic Arlo and not being transparent with users; never again!!!

Purchased ten total (10) ARLO Pro 3 cameras. One quickly failed and was ultimately replaced under warranty, but they do make you work for it. Now at 16 months post installation I have 30% failure rate and the last two will not be replaced as four months past (from purchase date) the 12-month warranty, but instead I have received a net 5% discount if I purchase a replacement for $ 199 or the repeatedly suggested DEAL to replace the two latest failures is two for $ 499. (yes, that is correct numbers) I also have ten BLINK cameras at same location all working fine and hundreds of dollars less expensive especially without all the ARLO add-ons, cables, batteries, mounts. If you can survive the ARLO support, you can survive the coming zombies.

Good product should be paired with security lights

Bought this for work and it is great. 4 cameras are perfect and the ability to keep videos and "live stream" is good for our needs.

I like the cameras nice view and easy to use I'm recommend them
