With this system, you have to pay for storage, with the arlo 2 I did not. Why and what is the difference. That is why I purchased the system because I did not have to keep paying for it.

Thanks for your feedback. We want to mention that subscribing your Arlo camera to Arlo Smart does not give them the ability to save videos in the cloud but it also allows them to utilize the advanced Arlo Smart features detailed here : https://kb.arlo.com/000056583.

Arlo Pro 3 Batteries & Wifi Connection Issues

At 1st year, batteries were not lasting, I had to charge batteries often! So, I bought solar panels ant that worked well for about 6 months! Then cams were going offline! I tried resetting Arlo hub, removing cams one by one & then syncing cams; having issues connecting to Wifi ! I’m in 2 years with Arlo & now really just a bad experience! Definetly, Not recommending it!
