Good system but an outdoor sign should be included

I have not used this system as of yet. From what I have read it seems to be useful and needed

Did not know until afterward that there is a monthly charge to use cloud storage. My old unit arlo pro has no charge to do this. Should have been made clear. problems setting up and getting to work. Long waits to get support.

These were easy to set up, the batteries last and are easy to recharge and the app is easy to use.

I needed a system in a hurry so bought this one. I've had it for almost a year and I still regret it. The app is VERY buggy. When an alert comes in sometimes I can't even watch the footage. It just spins and never loads even with very strong wifi. The live preview takes too long to load, too. The Ring has a MUCH better video quality. I got a free one when I signed up for Verizon and saw how sorry the Arlo was in comparison. Battery life is good. Setup was easy except for setting up guest accounts/access... The delay is about 10-30sec--the burglar would be in your bedroom by then.

I had the Arlo 2 and this next generation is superb! Great new design and improved battery and recharge.

Unable to hide the network leaving it displayed for everyone to see. Network name has the “arlo” name in it....something you don’t want to let everyone know is what system you’re using. Why people promote there systems brand name is mind boggling. Less than 1 month owning it, 3 batteries became defective leaving me only 1 working camera. My system was hacked without ever giving anyone permission or shared info. Customer service isn’t excellent but good enough to help solve trouble shooting issues which are needed often.
