Cameras have great quality picture and easy setup. Everything we were looking for. Highly recommend this product to anyone.

This is a great setup if you have really strong internet and the cameras are wonderful quality and works like expected. I had to return it because of internet issues and if the hub isn’t connected none of the cameras work. I didn’t like this all or nothing approach so I exchanged them for the pro 4 instead.

Good quality images and video. I wish the sound was better when speaking to someone over the camera. In order for you to hear them, you have to be out of the talking mode. So the delay is not fun. The notifications are easy to set and we even got some cool footage of a hummingbird that thinks our driveway camera is its friend!

I spent quite a bit of time researching the various home security cameras on the market and went with Arlo because of high ratings in reliability and customer service. The product was very easy to set up and install. I had one issue with one camera getting disconnected from the hub when I moved the location so I called the customer support and the very friendly women walked me through resetting the camera. There was no wait time for help and I was back up and running in about 10 minutes.

I am really pleased with Arlo. This makes my third system (Arlo Pro, Pro 2, and now Pro 3). They just keep getting better. Love the new pro 3. Quality is great, alerts with the smart subscription are great, and the night vision is great. Only negative is price. I do feel that they are overpriced especially if you want the smart features. You have to pay the monthly fee in addition to the exorbitant price of the system itself. But at least it is a quality product that works well for me.

I’ve been wanting the security system for sometime I’ve seen the Arlo system in other places and have a great picture. In fact for the first time in my area I was able to catch a thief with my camera system when someone stole my political sign which is a crime they were caught and my son was return as well as all my neighbors that lost their‘s the wide-angle I can see four houses In each direction If you buy one I highly recommend getting a thumb drive

Very easy to install and set up. Although, if you aren't close you won't get too good of a picture. The battery appears that it will last 6 months if the camera isn't triggered. The battery swapping is easy to do but you will need to be sure that you realign your camera view after battery reinstallation.

These are great security cameras, have some glitches, which I feel is normal. The only reason I’m rating 4 stars is because the battery life isn’t as good as it says it is. I’ve had them a little over two months now and I’ve had to charge my main cameras 3 times already. I would still buy them again tho!

I like these way more than the older models, but the ease of using the microphone and alarm is tough depending on connection at that moment. Further, Arlo has made the online interface expensive monthly and difficult to use. That defeats the purpose of do it yourself cameras. But in a pinch, if you really want to keep an eye on things, they work well enough. And if you use Arlo, absolutely never buy any model less than this one. THAT is an absolutely waste of money.

Arlo is a great home security system! Additional cameras can be purchased & added to the originally purchased system if wanted / needed. The cameras are rechargeable & record video with sound when motion is detected (the cameras have a light that comes on when motion is activated). The cameras can be moved to another location if needs change. It’s also possible to check the area being monitored remotely.

I needed a base station for my Arlo Spotllight cameras so I purchased this unit. Instructions and software could be improved a lot to make it more understandable but once setup, it works well although you have to wade through the menus and click everything to find the right option.

These are super easy to set up decent image quality. I like that you can add additional cameras as needed.

Good camera and very easy to install. 4 star rating because of the motion or activity settings. Activity settings are difficult to set. Example: Camera will pic up vehicles driving by but not pulling into the drive. The camera just needs me to tweak it a little more. Overall, this is a smart camera and picks up people great.

I'm very impressed with the Arlo Pro 3 Camera system. Set up was easy. It came with rechargeable batteries that last a long time. Once in place you can monitor everything on your phone, computer or Amazon echo show. Since getting it, I've been surprised at the zoo-like activity that comes out at night in my city back yard. Thanks for a great product. Have encouraged friends and family to purchase this too.

This is an excellent camera set up. The installation was a breeze. The camera quality is remarkable.

I have purchased Arlo products from Bestbuy for several of years. The updated version of this system gives you clear and better videos. The setup is easy however the phone app can have delay issues which you will have to close and reopen the app. Overall I am happy with this purchase from Best Buy!

I purchased this because I have a tree that faces my home and I wanted a wireless camera to view the front of the house. Mounted it on the tree. Now I can see the front of my home, and any cars parked there without needing cables. If you have a street with a lot of traffic the battery does not last too long as it records movement but for me it does the trick. Suggest you get an extra battery so you can replace it quickly while the old one charges.
