No Support
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The battery is terrible but at least the cameras got us buy that is until they started the two step verification process just to log in. Now my wife and I have to be sent a message with a code just to log in to check our cameras. So its basically impossible if one of us is at work or busy for the other one to check the cameras. This set up is garbage. Save your money and look for something with better support.

Do not buy

When the trial expires, you have the option to purchase an Arlo Smart subscription. Subscribing to Arlo Smart does not only give cloud storage but it also lets the cameras utilize the advanced Arlo Smart features detailed here : https://kb.arlo.com/000056583. Without an Arlo Smart subscription, you can still add up to 5 cameras to your Arlo account, live stream, and receive motion and audio notifications.

No manual, poor support

They send you to customer support (long long wait if available at all)....or to a hot mess website that is trying to sell you stuff. For the price they charge they should hire a tech writer and provide some 'written' instructions, gonna stuff it back in the box and return to Best Buy.
