    As a previous huge fan or Arlo, this does BOT stand up to the standards of the first 2 versions. Arlo support as usual provides little to no assistance. The base station does NOT work more than 50 feet from a camera for streaming. The cameras cannot be linked to wifi extenders, only a base station. The solution to this problem... nothing. Don’t waste your money if you want an adequate security system.

    Had (4) Pro 2 cameras and they were great never experienced a failure to record movement. Well that all changed when I got (6) Pro 3 cameras. I can not trust them to record movement 100% of the time. I’ve had several instances where they failed at distances of 10 to 20 feet. It got so bad I had to walk past all my cameras to make sure they were working they even missed my jeep and truck coming up the driveway a couple of times. I think the Pro 3 has a weaker signal than the Pro 2 because I noticed it on the signal strength meter with both cameras at the same location. I have lost all confidence in these cameras and would not recommend these to anyone

    2k is a good quality and the camera's work well but I have other camera's from other companies that don't charge for 24hr review of the day. They want to charge $10 for half a day on ONE camera. I have 7 cameras, so that would quickly turn into a $140 monthly payment. That alone gives me reason to stick to another service that offers this feature for free. Other features are e911 and siren if someone breaks in which is also $10 a month. It's not per camera, but it's still a monthly charge to use this feature.

    I like the wire free cameras and how easy they are to setup and the video quality is great. However the cameras has a lag of about 10 which to me is too much.

    One of the cameras the siren does not work straight from the box. The app on the phone freezes and takes awhile for video motivations to load or live view to load.

    ive had a lot of issues with battery draining super fast in areas where I barely have activity. I had to get a replacement camera btw these are very expensive

    The battery life of these cameras is awful. Having to constantly charge for this amount of money, I find ridiculous

    Cameras needed a charger but charger was not included. You need a subscription with the Arlo company with a monthly fee. Not for me.

    I was unaware that you HAD to subscribe monthly to use this product. Batteries need recharging frequently due to my dogs.

    Was not a simple plug and play. Arlo would say cameras are hooked up but would only supply pictures no video. Had 17 hours before I got all cameras to hook up to Arlo then difficulty naming them. Cameras and baseball said offline. Tech support did not fix issues. Returned thinking it was faulty but same problem. Geek squad came out still same problem. Reviews state people have the same problem since 2017 and still Arlo hasn’t fixed the issue. Item brought back and got my refund.
