Part of the reason I got Arlo was because it is compatible with Apple HomeKit. It’s pricey but worth the quality of video. Easy to use. Used Best Buy to Install. Easy to use on phone with adjustable notification

Was not impressed this time. I have older Arlo wireless cams that I think work better as a whole. I was excited but after trying them out I was disappointed fairly quick. First, a couple of the cams kept showing low internet bars, yet all 4 were right next to each other. I have very high speed internet and as already mentioned have older arlos that work with no issues. I simply wanted to upgrade because these had the spotlight and I saw they had accessories for solar power etc. Another problem is the base kept going out and it literally was in thr room with the router. Also one camkept making a clicking sound for no reason. Thats not good. I got the set on sale for $500 but thats still pretty hefty when you have connection issues clicking sounds and I almost forgot to mention, the nighvision sucks badly. Very disappointed there. I saw others preview about it as well and thought maybe they just needed to play with settings. Nope,their right. Last I dont like how the cams have a very narrow bottom where I feel they could fall easily if you do not need to hook them to a mount. Although these are made for outdoor they perfect for garage and basement too. I use other arlo cams indoor and out as needed. I still believe in arlo, but I will wait for the next new cam set. This one is not for me.

So happy with Arlo! Wasn’t too sure if I should buy a non Google or Ring brand but I’m glad I did! Arlo is simple to set up, easy to use and cheaper than Google & Ring ... and most importantly better!

Good quality cameras! Works great on my google home! Very good picture! They charge fast as well!

All I can say is OMG, this is a great system. I purchased this system to replace an older and far less effective system. Some of the major differences I notices is that the image quality is really good. The notifications are also very real, meaning very few false alarm messages. The playback and ease of reviewing past recordings is excellent. Lastly, the price for for cloud storage is okay, not great but not bad. I almost removed one start rating that Arlo pricing gives an option for up to 5 cameras but sells this this 6 camera package.... Really? I wish Arlo would price the cloud package for up to 6 cameras to match their product offering of 6 cameras. Anyway, highly recommend this system - HIGHLY.

Arlo pro3 is mediocre . Once 3 or more cameras are active on the app the other cameras take minutes to come online or freeze , the camera quality is good, talk and microphone features are good, the function app function is fair but not great . I’m not sure this is an improvement over the standard arlo pro I had previously . Only tangible upgrade is the 2k quality video .

While I think this is a good camera system, it didn't work for me. I live in a large house appx 150 years old and there are many walls, The design of this system depends on connectivity between the included hub and all cameras. This was a practical impossibility for my application. I'll search out a solution that enables me to utilize network extenders (which would not work with this system). No fault of the system - problem is the house.

Easy set up and clear picture. Battery life is NOT as advertised. Even with the most energy efficient settings, never got more that a month of service from a full charge. If you buy an Arlo, remember to place them in spots that are easy for you to retrieve the battery for charging because you'll have a lot of ladder climbing in your future, or buy solar panels for each unit, at an extra charge, of course. Customer Service did send me two new batteries but we had the same results with an average of 3 weeks of charge time. (Sometimes it was less than a week.) Door bell camera is hard wired and is clear as well but the lag time is 3 seconds or more and is not for easy communication with someone at your door. Sorry I purchased this brand and have recommended against it to several friends that have asked. Purchased at Christmas 2019 and it's too late to return it to BB.

Great Quality, clear, easy to set up and install. Very sensitive. Sensitivity causes battery to die quickly

I've had the system for just under a week and so far, I'm pretty impressed with it. The set up was a breeze, video quality is great and I really like the small size of the cameras. My only complaint is that the 2-camera pack comes with 1 magnetic sensor and 1 ball mount. For the price of the system, I really feel that it should have included either 2 magnetic sensors or 2 ball mounts. I needed another magnetic sensor and Arlo only sells them in 2 packs so that was a bit inconvenient.

I am currently enjoying the cameras I bought. Easy set up. The subscription is a lack luster to me. There is a delay using it wirelessly and I expect that. It's not an instantaneous type a deal thing. Soeaki g back and fourth is delayed also. Overall happy with the product and is making things easy. Even mounting them are easy. Definitely go for the magnetic ones. Slightly pricey for them though. I do like the zoom and follow feature. Has not slowed down my Internet also as others stated

Excellent video and easy to setup. I purchased two additional cameras as well as the video door bell. All work on the same smart hub. One system, seven cameras. Thrilled with the purchase.

Good video quality. Only problem I have is it takes 10+ seconds to connect to a camera or to view a notification.

The cameras were easy to install, easier than I expected. The app for the system is also easy for setting up the cameras. The picture is great & the coverage area is also better than expected.

I did a fair amount of research and spent nearly two hours with the sales person and none of these issues were mentioned. Buyer beware! CONS: In the 77 page instruction book that discusses all the features and how to use them, only once at the bottom of a paragraph on page 29 does it mention that you will need to purchase a subscription in order to have access to recordings after the initial 3-month trial. By the time you realize how worthless this system is without a subscription you can no longer return them. Battery life ranges from 1-3 WEEKS! One of my cameras says to charge the battery immediately after installing a freshly charged battery. The activity zones feature only works if you buy a $50 power cable, drill holes through your walls, and install a wire for your "wire-free" camera system. The base constantly loses connection with individual cameras, sometimes all cameras. The cameras go off every minute or two on windy days regardless of turning the sensitivity setting down to the lowest setting. It gives so many notifications for useless motion that you quickly become desensitized to it going off and don't even look to see what it is. The actual effective wi-fi range is closer to 30'-40', not 300 as advertised. There is at least a 10-15 second delay in receiving notification. The connection lag makes the 2-way audio feature absolutely worthless. You only get one master account so your spouse will only have access to certain features and functions. The app the runs the system is painfully slow and sometimes doesn't work or makes you re-login. Recording playback is usually slow and jerky. Waaaaaay overpriced for their performance. PROS: The picture quality is pretty good for a security camera. Don't be fooled by the positive reviews, especially those that have not used the system for more than a couple weeks. I feel sick to my stomach about this purchase.

I was excited to see the Pro 3 arrive. My first thought was that it was not a very large package for 4 cameras and head end. It was very easy to set everything up. I first watched a tutorial program on U Tube. After I installed the cameras I was really impressed of the quality of the videos. My only concern is the cameras shut down when it gets around 0 degrees. But then again not much happens when it is that cold out.

Big fan of Arlo systems very easy to install picture quality, very good . Needs longer battery life

Straight forward configuration, excellent range and picture quality. Mobile app is easy to use without any training. I highly recommend these and will be purchasing more in the future.

1. With lots of activities every day each recharge lasts up to around five days. 2. The system is wireless but battery recharging is kind of awkward and inconvenient (noticed by neighbors), I therefore, created a permanent charging in place with 4 magnetic charging cables and Power USB so I don’t have climb up and down when recharging is needed- just plug the power cord to the power outlet till totally recharged (around 2 hrs/ recharge)
