This is a good product. It works extremely well and has a good picture and video quality. We are having an issue with one camera not staying connected, but we are reaching out to the company to resolve the issue.

It was suggested by a friend that I look into this system. Glad we did. Connecting it and installing it took less than 2 hours with most of the time dedicated to perfecting the line of sight for each camera. I would definitely suggest this system to anyone not ready to run wires through their entire house and spend thousands of dollars more. My only reason for not giving it 5 stars is an issue over the weekend with an authentication issue. I was unable to access, disable, or view any of our cameras for a period of about 5 hours due to the entire Arlo system having authentication issues. I was not alone in this situation as my friend had the same problem. After it was back up and running, the system returned to working properly.

Very user friendly and easy set up for the less than technical person. Decent quality and camera is good. The sensitivity is a bit weak for any motion beyond 20 -30 feet. The app is is good with recent updates.

Very good set up. User friendly and easy to use. App responds well with devices. Cameras could easily be stolen with Magnetic mounts. But, there are ways around it. Great product so far. Had them for a week.

My sister has had the Arlo Pro two camera system for a while and I was very impressed with the picture quality. It seemed very easy for her to check the video too. That's why I decided to buy an Arlo Pro system for myself. I've had it for a month now and am very happy with it.

I was very skeptical about the battery life at first but it has proven to be everything it was advertised. I started with one camera and soon after expanded to 4. Very easy to setup, very easy to maintain, and very easy to add on devices! I love everything about this product.

The entire setup took mere minutes. The video quality is really good for a home camera, even in low-light situations. The night vision is good, too. I would probably even recommend for a small business. The quality is good enough to recognize someone. Zooming in does distort the picture and pixelate a little, but you still can see what's going on. There's some dull ambient noise that comes through in the motion capture. And the speaker is a nice feature for two-way communication, but it is hard to hear if there's any other noise in the house. The motion sensitivity is fair, and captures most everything. There is a small delay as one would expect, but it's nothing that can't be managed once you know it's there and how long it is. The app is easy to use and keeps the user readily connected. There are a lot of nice features. One example is the geofencing & automatically arming the system. Check it out. You won't be disappointed.

The camera's were easy to setup and configure. The hardest part was getting two cameras to work at certain times of the day, but by creating a new mode and then running both modes on a schedule that makes it work as intended. Motion detection is amazing and has caught a fly flying by before. The battery life has been great so far and my outdoor camera is only half battery after over a month. Users should definitely invest in an external hard drive as some recordings don't get saved to the cloud if there's an issue with your internet service. Having the external hard drive connect prevents missing potentially important clips.

Installation was straight forward. Works well in light and in dark. I appreciate the option for email alerts when motion is detected and for the live view. Also like ability to turn device on/off and monitor power level using a smart phone. Devise is surprisingly light and small. The supplied mounting magnet is more than adequate given the product's weight. My primary concern at the time of purchase was that battery life would not match product specifications. I installed the product approximately a month ago and the motion detection feature has been on since then. The power supply level indicator is currently at 80 percent.

Easy and fast setup and connection to WiFi. Good battery life. Recommend to buy additional batteries and charger to have quick battery change especially when cameras are mounted higher and/or outside.

The arlo system was recommended to me by the Best Buy sales associate, it took 20 minutes to install and get completely operational. The video quality, ease of use and overall design are very impressive. I also bought the solar charging panels and some spare batteries.

I had this for couple of weeks now and it is perfect for me so far. I haven’t charged batteries yet and still indicating almost full. Camera quality is good. I’m sure it is better with Arlo pro 2 but for the price, can beat Arlo pro. I am very happy with the purchase.

Recently got myself an arlo pro 4 pack.. It's been working really good so far. Pluses - it detects noise and motion. It has a great feature of setting of alarm on action - I set it up when someone enters front door when I'm on vacation. It's pretty loud 100db - when it triggers it's hard to say where noise is coming from. For the price it's awesome buy. The battery are working really good been a month and all of them still at 100%. I just don't like that it alerts me on cats and squirrels - but still can't complain. Lastly video quality is very good and it starts recording as soon as motion is detected not after a brief moment.

These cameras are great - very easy to set up and install. The picture quality is great too. I really appreciate the free cloud service option if you have 5 or fewer cameras. What I don't like is how easily they can be stolen. There is no where we can put one on our front porch that can't easily be taken because of how small and short the ceiling is to the porch. The security mounts aren't very secure - you can just reach up and quickly unscrew the camera from the mount. I wish they had the option of purchasing a dome camera that could be drilled into the ceiling for that purpose. Other than that, we're very happy with the cameras with that are placed around the exterior of our house.

So this is one of the best camera systems I've come across easy to install the only downside is that due to it being Wireless you have to recharge the batteries about every 2 to 3 months so you are going to need backups but overall I really appreciate this product

    Very Good, But Not Great

I got this set up on sale for a decent price after hearing some good things about it. I will say that I am very pleased with it overall and it's been installed for a couple months. The positives: the picture is 720p which is clear enough to make out people you know and it'll even read a license plate if they're in the driveway. You're not going to get 1080p clarity, but I didn't really need it and I knew what to expect. That being said, the picture is clearer than I thought it would. The night vision works great and I have one camera next to a porch light that automatically comes on at dusk. No fee if you're good with the 7 day recordings. And truly wireless so no trying to find a power source near where you want to mount them. The negatives. There is a small, but significant delay between the cameras and the base. So you might get a notice that there's motion, but by the time it comes in the object is already gone. Even when you pull up the "live" view it is delayed by as much as 30-45 seconds. No wires means you have to climb up to charge them every so often (time depends on activity on them) and to get any adapters to keep them powered is pretty expensive. Charging the cameras is kind of pain too because I have not found a single cable/power unit that works so you're forced to use the single one that comes with the kit. Unless you're paying for the "pro" plan, you cannot set schedules for individual cameras. It's all or none. So, several headaches, but with a lot of nice options and for a decent price (to start anyway).
