- got it on sale for $150 cheaper (definitely a plus) - buffering is a bit slow. An example would be when FedEx drops off a package to my door (which is about 30 feet from the street) Notification will go off but by the time I press play on the app, they're driving away from the street already (kinda defeats the purpose). - 1 camera died after a month, got it replaced through Best Buy no problem but another 2 months passed and the OTHER camera died. And when exchanging it, Best Buy would like for you to bring the whole setup, versus just swapping out the cameras for a new one. Definitely a hassle. - Couple of times in a month where one of the cameras would always go offline and i would have to re-sync it. What if you're out of town when that happens? - Battery life is subjective. It depends where you put it and how much traffic it catches. If your cameras sensor goes off 6-7 times a day, you will have to charge at least once a month. Would i recommend this? Probably not. On a plus side it's inexpensive (as long as you buy it when it's on sale) and their own subscription is not mandatory, unlike other brands. But not everything is smooth sailing, so be warned

Love these camera's. Love the fact that you can recharge the batteries. Also love that Arlo allows you to store and record up to 5 camera's for up to 7 days.

Easy to set up and very good pictures. Would recommend for a security system that requires no monthly fee.

I already have a Canary system. I needed more cameras and I purchased the Arlo wireless system. It works great and is a terrific addition to my security system

These cameras are a good product. I wish they were on 24/7 but only go off when motion or sound in detected. Another issue is Arlo starts charging you a monthly rate for more than 5 cameras. The battery life on the cameras are pretty good. I've had them for over a month and haven't had to charge them yet. If this product was a bit less expensive it would get 5 stars.

Are good easy to install if your wifi is not good take a while to load The battery lasts maybe 2 to 3 months

Best security system by far even though it's battery operated batteries last a long time like three or four weeks you could see this from your phone anywhere

It's easy to mount, has sound. The packaging states it's two way microphone. It also states there is no monthly fee, however, in order to use the microphone feature, you do have to pay a monthly fee. You can adjust the brightness, however, it does not adapt from day to night automatically. The brightness is perfect for day time but is too dark at night and does not pick up motion. If you set the brightness for night, you have the reverse problem. The only other down side is you have to be in the camera view for at least 5 -8 seconds before the motion picks up. My kids can jump my fence and be out of view before the camera records. It does have a live feed which is nice, but if you are viewing live, it does not record anything. The app does send notifications of motion detected. It's a basic security camera. We have teenagers who are sneaking out of the house, so it's somewhat efficient for that but I definitely think the wired cameras are more effective because they catch all of the motion. Overall, this is a basic wireless camera - easy to mount - one screw, and is smaller than the palm of your hand. For the price, it's a decent buy

This combined with the solar panel is better than running power to other cameras! The quality is good and definitely worth buying.

The Arlo Pro system works great and is an added comfort of home security while you are away. It is easy to set up and the two way communication is a plus.

Great product. Easy setup. Easy access to the cloud to see the video. The new pro 2 also allows hard wire installations so now worry about batteries
