Works great quality is good enough would like to see it a little bit higher night vision is great and alarm is really loud. I can hear it outside of my new house and it’s on the second floor. The free cloud storage is the best part just wish you could do 24 hr storage instead but it picks up motion really well. Battery I would say is going to last around 3 months and I used it quite a bit the first month of having it.

I bought the Arlo Pro about a month ago. It was an easy installation. Simply setup the mounts, pair the cameras, and adjust your settings. The only flaw I’ve found so far is battery life. One camera is in the kitchen/living room and it sees a lot of traffic. You can set it up to record only certain times but I like to record everything. I would maybe get around 3-4 weeks of battery before recharging on this camera. Otherwise, I have yet to recharge any of my other cameras.

We're using this for a community common areas and office. We bought 8 cameras and two back up batteries. It was super easy to set up and install and has great video and audio capabilities. The only downfall is the batteries are good for about 2 weeks so it's now a maintenance issue. We bought the extra batteries so it's a little easier. As a side note, we priced installing a professional system and it was over $20,000! This was a huge win for our community's budget!

I have two outdoor cameras, one from the home security company Viviant, the other is this Arlo one. Arlo camera is better than the other one in every way. I purchased it almost two months ago, and the battery is still going, haven't charged it. The motion detector works much better, caught every motion. Compared to the other camera which misses the motion almost 30% of the time. Completely satisfied with Arlo's performance.

I have used other good systems like NEST, but I prefer a WIFI wireless system like the Arlo Netgear. PROS: 1. Excellent phone support - quick turnaround 2. Easy to set up 3. Great battery life 4. Excellent app with easy intuitive interface. 5. Motion detection, DVR 6. Can mount without nails CONS 1. None, but wish the motion detection would pick up a little earlier in the video process.

The batteries last forever! The videos and sound are so clear. These are extremely easy to use and give me piece of mind. The app that works with these gives me instant notification of someone at my door. Usually the mailman but still. Get these! The rechargeable batteries are the best. My friend has the older model and the batteries are expensive so the extra price for recharging batteries is worth it for sure!

The only thing I would change about this product is the push notifications. I would like the push notifications to be specific for the app and not just a generic sound on iOS. Easy wireless set up, excellent picture, and a great value for the price. The cameras Keep a charge for a very long time, I have had them for over a month and they have not needed to be charged.

I was a little concerned about buying a wireless system but I didn't want to run cables all over my house. I took the plunge with ARLO and have not regretted it. Great picture, great battery life, easy to set up. I was out in the desert, miles from anywhere and I received a signal that motion had been detected. I was able to check the video only to see my neighbors lawn guy cutting his grass. Give great peace of mind.

This product is very good. Installation was quick and easy. The quality is great, the sensitivity is great, and night vision works very well. However where it does fall short is on the app. The app is kind of buggy. I have 1Gbps internet speed at my home connected through a very sophisticated wifi network, and the vidoes still load up slowly. The Microphone takes a while to activate as well. There is room for improvement, but the product is good. I do recommend it.

The cameras and app were so easy to set up and get going. Love this little system. You can move the cameras anywhere or mount them. The picture quality is great. I can hear the audio on my iPhone really well;however, the audio emitting out from the cameras is pretty weak. My kitty can hear it though and looks for me when I'm talking to her from my phone. I'm very satisfied with this purchase and highly recommend it !!!

I also have the regular Arlo cameras, and previously had the VueZone cameras so I was familiar with their products. The main driver for me for this type of camera was them being wireless - free to put anywhere within their WiFi range. The Arlo Pro is an improvement over the Arlo cameras - I like that they have rechargeable batteries - even tho battery life is acceptable in the regular Arlo cameras the cost for replacements does add up over time. The Arlo Pro also has audio which I learned is a plus - although you can't use it for such tasks as answering a doorbell because it just takes too long to start up the application and sign into your account on your phone and then have to deal with delays caused by the system. I do have a recurring "issue" with the length of time it takes to be able to switch modes (various security schemes) - I have had it take 4 - 5 minutes to change the mode and that's not acceptable when you are leaving the house to have to wait that long for a mode change (my WiFi was checked and working normally).They do the job that I need done with very easy setup.

I have 6 of these at my home and 3 of the at my work. This was purchased for my son as a Christmas Present. Very clear picture and sound. The view is very wide.

The Arlo Pro Security Camera Kit works well with the Samsung Smartthings Home Automation system. Set up is relatively simple, and the cameras all come fully charged and ready to go. There are some issues with the app, however, sometimes a significant lag can be felt when logging in, or trying to change the security mode that the system is in. Overall, however, the Arlo Pro System has solid video quality and reasonable audio quality. I am not too fond of the two-way communication feature, as the speaker tends to be a bit too soft for the person on the other end of the camera. The included magnetic mounts are a bit lacking, especially when taking into consideration the moderate price tag that this system retails for. The Basic account with 7 days of free storage is also a nice feature, and the system integrates well with the IFTTT Application as well. For the first time, DIY Home Improvement Folks, this is a no-brainer. No wires to run (except for the hub and power wires). I would recommend purchasing additional screw-in mounts, since the magnetic ones aren't the greatest.

Easy set up, HD video quaity was exceptional. It’s a pain having to charge and replace the batteries though

...I want to give Arlo room for improvement! :) Pro: Easy to set up Camera quality good Motion detector fast as a button Does the job! Con: Support only so-so Too many false positives --need to reposition camera to minimize blowing leaves to trigger camera! Overall? Very good and would buy again

ONLY GET THE PRO VERSION. The pro has better motion detection and has rechargeable batteries that work better. I bought the four camera pack and the video is clear and the motion detection works well. Email and text alerts are sent when motion is detected and the whole process is easily customizable. Most importantly there are no expenses or monthly charges after the initial purchase like other cameras.

Very satisfied. Batteries still above 90% after a month. Good video quality and sound. Camera on back drive far away from router has weak signal but operable.

This was our first security camera system and we couldn't be more pleased. The setup was a breeze and I can control all of the cameras from the app on my iPhone. The battery life has been excellent... after the first 7 weeks the battery charge on the most frequently activated camera has only dropped about 15%. The image quality is good and the infrared night vision and 2-way voice are a big plus.

This does the job well, no issues in a year of use. Battery life lasts for almost 2 months depending on movement.
