    I'm so glad I bought these when they were on sale, after several months of thorough research, I knew this was the brand I wanted to spend money on. Something I can control & adjust easily if I need to. I love the accessibility & the range. I have so much control. Way better than the competition.

    I got this to replace an Arlo Pro 2 and let’s just say it wasn’t an improvement. The night Vision on this blows. I use it inside so who wants a spotlight shining every time there’s motion. The picture quality was pretty much the same as the Pro 2 and it’s quite bulky comparatively.

    I would not recommend Arlo they product just don’t work , I have state of the are equipment and router and I get over 500 MBS on my internet download and upload about 30 to 40 MBS. so my intern And equipment is not the issues all those five stars ⭐️ are lies from the company. I have several degrees in information technology and computer science and networking technology. There equipment and camera just pint black don’t work. They are very slow. And most of the time just will not connect and I have 5 bars on each one of my cameras so being close to the hub is not an issue. Trying to get tech support is just a no existent and if you do get someone it’s outsourced by someone who don’t speak English very well which be even more frustrating

    We added this camera to an existing base and it couldn't have been easier. The light is bright enough to light up a large area in front of the camera. Battery performance has been good so far, even with multiple recordings every hour throughout the day.

    Nice quality. Video is clear. Spotlight is a nice extra. Shouldn't have to purchase a plan though. I didnt realize that. The other cameras its optional. Siren takes about 6 to 8 seconds after motion trigger to sound.

    I use it outdoors with the solar panel to charge the battery. Works fine. There is a delay in letting me know when someone is entering my property. It does not always activate when someone is on the property.

    I cannot say enough about Arlo cameras. Wireless and easy to place and charge. This one is able to record in HD and has a great wide angle view. Love the motion light at light. A must for home security these days.

    We purchased the set of 2 and a single one. one camera has to be turned upside down to show the view correctly, not sure why it does that, the other 2 shows it correctly. Overall its ok. so long I can see whats around my home.

    I have several Arlo cameras and really like the flexibility and features. I was disappointed that they didn't make it clear that it uses a different batter and charger than the arlo 2

    I am on my third camera that I will be returning tomorrow.. The cameras do not charge at all. I spent an hour with Arlo trying to see if I was doing something wrong there solution is to return it back to the store. I have had two white ones and now the black one. It works with the battery in it but the battery won't charge and it will not work with the charger hooked up to it. I even bought a new charging cable and it still would not work. I am done this time I cannot trust this camera.

    I am very disappointed we had the camera up one day and it completely quit working. It will not charge the battery or anything else. I have ordered a new one however need to return this one and I am not sure how I am suppose to do this. The other two cameras work fine. Please let me know how to return this item and get refunded. The site states it was not returnable. Thank you Diane Zelinko

    It works but wish I would have just paid for the ultra. Have Pro 2 & ultra cameras and wanted to save some money but ended up using the 3 in another location and purchased an ultra anyway.
