Was not sure which brand to go with .. I think arlo is a good product but can be better . App acts up a lot . It works but sometimes you have to play with the app in order to see the recording videos

The notification delays 3-4 seconds to live event. No matter what I tried to set up in the app. The light turn off after 1 min. Not stay on as your set up. Thinking about returning

I had this one for five months. It will no longer connect to our network. Arlo said they would offer 30% off a new one but nothing for this one,

It cinques to our wi-fi but then will not work. Can’t get it to cinque to the base like all the other cameras.

Not made for rainy seasons

Who ever designed this must not have validated its use in New England weather. Arlo 2 still works with no issues outside but this one, despite advertised as weatherproof is not. Water condensation is found behind the lens and in the floodlight. There is observation of corrosion at the charging site. I have error messages of low temperature warning in the summer. It’s August. Definitely not made for New England weather.
