I am an avid Arlo participant, having 8 different cameras and individual Floodlights. Unfortunately, the Pro 3 Floodlight Camera has been disappointing. When it works, it is excellent. The problem is the battery dies so quickly. The camera itself died, I got a replacement, now that camera kills the battery even faster. I got the Solar Panel attachment, it is not slowing down the battery at all, not as advertised.

Video quality is great, image/person recognition is great, light is very bright but you can control the brightness to suit your needs. Can't say enough good things about it. Only downside is the requirement for their subscription but very few of these devices don't require that these days.

Make sure you have it plugged in. The light is great and the camera has the good quality of Arlo. I have it on a inner corner, so it has my garage door and a guest entrance in view, and both are very strong. The field of vision is good and the resolution is good. No problem with connection to the hub.

Great camera and sensors are super strong. Spot lite is super bright battery life so far so good. I wish it were a little easier to turn off all motion detection other than the normal people / cars / animals.

I like the Arlo Pro 3 Floodlight because it lights up the area every time there is movement. It is easy to take down when needed. This is my 2nd one because the 1st one blew off during a wind storm.

I bought this product as soon as I saw it. I really liked the arlo pro 2 cameras. They seem to work well for the 3 years that I've had them. I expected the same quality from their flood light. I'm a licensed electrician. Flood lights are at their best when they have constant power. I bought this one because I didn't feel like running power to a light. If it were just a flood light only, this thing does a decent job. It has multiple light settings. The highest light setting is as bright as any residential LED flood light on the market. The battery life is okay, but I would suggest maybe having a second battery for a quick change out. I think the battery gets drained by the camera, and not so much the light. The camera is where this device falls short. The first problem that I've noticed is that the camera takes forever to show the live feed when you click on it. It takes 30 seconds or more to view the live feed. My wifi connection is great according to the camera placement. I've had issues with the camera not connecting at all when you try the live feed. How can this be for security if the person is gone by the time you can view them? Another problem that I've noticed since the beginning is that the video recordings that are saved on the cloud don't save as fast as the pro 2 cameras. It seems to take 2-3 minutes for them to upload at times. The worst part about this camera is that you need the arlo subscription to use the thing at its best settings. I was using the trial version, and it has all of these features. They help by not having nuisance things like leaves or rain causing an alert to your phone. As soon as the trial is over, you will get a notification for just the wind blowing. It will give you multiple alerts with nothing being on the pictures on the notifications. The camera turns into a money grab. They ask you over and over again to subscribe to their app to prevent from having these random alerts. I gave this 2 stars only because of the light. The picture quality is decent, but not worth the price. I would avoid buying this product.

I bought this to add to my Arlo system and not disappointed. It is really bright and I have a huge backyard. It does a great job of illuminating most of it. It also captures sound and motion like a champ. Set up was easy, and it was a smooth install. I love every single aspect of this camera!

I had to put an access point exactly 6 feet away for this to connect to my wifi. I have about 100 devices on my Google mesh network and this is the only device I have connectivity issues with. The camera needs to be restarted often (which you can do from your phone) to work the way you want it to. For example, I have it set to record for 20 seconds at a time, but it randomly starts recording for only 2 seconds. Restarting fixes the problem. Video quality is average. Audio quality is surprisingly good. Brightness is excellent.

The Arlo wireless floodlight camera is a must! The amount of light from the small light is impressive and covers a great deal of space. Our neighbors enjoy it too as it comes on anytime when someone is near my car. Security for everyone!

I do not have electric above my garage door so this being battery operated was exactly what I needed. Very clear picture even at night and the light is very bright. I really like how the notification tells you if it spotted a person, animal or vehicle in my driveway.

I had a small camera in driveway and saw this at Black Friday prices. Camera is crystal clear and light is perfect. Even tells me when a cat runs through the driveway. Attached solar panel for it and battery stays at 100%.
