    Absolute garbage. I bought this on reviews alone. Installed at 10’ just above the garage door. All settings for highest resolution. My WiFi router is less than 2 feet from the camera and we are on fiber. Response is close to a minute for live-view. Video quality is horrible.

    This camera is perfect. Doesn’t need a base station. Wide viewing angle. Zooms in to movement and follows it. Love the spot light! Perfect!!!

    I cannot properly review, as I returned the two I bought immediately after opening one of them after finding out that there is no way to permanently wire them for power. I was sure that I had read in the product info that they could be wired in, but no.

    The quality of the video is great and the 2 star rating is only because of how often you have to charge them. A solar charger is a must of you want these to stay working

    Do not buy this particular Arlo product. It will cycle offline. I have had no issues with OTHER Arlo products. Arlo support will give you many solutions in an attempt to resolve ( relocate being the main one). The product will continue to cycle on and off. Trust me, look at the threads on this issue, and consider an alternative product.

    I have had issues with all Arlo products, set them up and sync them. Install them then from time to time, they will go offline! Then you have no security coverage. And if you are not at home, traveling out of area, its very unnerving!

IF your base station dropped internet connection it will cause the cameras & hub to go offline. Also, please make sure you have the latest versions of the Arlo mobile app & OS on your phone.
