    It was my first floodlight camera. Was not sure which brand to go with .. I think arlo is a good product but can be better . App acts up a lot . It works but sometimes you have to play with the app in order to see the recording videos

    We’ve bought several of these and while they are great when they work, once you have a problem Arlo walks away. I had this one for five months. It will no longer connect to our network. Arlo said they would offer 30% off a new one but nothing for this one,

    OK floodlight but not great. The notification delays 3-4 seconds to live event. No matter what I tried to set up in the app. The light turn off after 1 min. Not stay on as your set up. Thinking about returning

    Most expensive paper weight ever. This design is such a failure. Who ever designed this must not have validated its use in New England weather. Arlo 2 still works with no issues outside but this one, despite advertised as weatherproof is not. Water condensation is found behind the lens and in the floodlight. There is observation of corrosion at the charging site. I have error messages of low temperature warning in the summer. It’s August. Definitely not made for New England weather.

    Floodlight is great camera won’t connect to base

    Floodlight works great. Camera won’t cinque up with our base. It cinques to our wi-fi but then will not work. Can’t get it to cinque to the base like all the other cameras.

    Arlo still has all the poor design and software problems from day one. I wish somebody would take over this group and get a new CEO and software director. The software is like looking at code from a high school class. They are going to have to face the fact that the current software staff needs a makeover in staff and leadership. I just tried a pro 3 floodlight system and we have all the same issues as before. Way too many nonworking basic functions and poor reliability,
