    Hardwiring uses sold separate USB plug that plugs into a standard outlet. AKA not actually hardwired. This review is to help clear up confusing advertisements. It does not replace your current floodlight. Unless you somehow have a floodlight ran off USB power. Romex (normal home electrical wire) has nothing to do with this product.

    I replaced my blink cameras with arlo. My blink cameras needed 2 d batteries to power the lights and 2 double A's to power camera. Arlo just needs the rechargeable battery that comes with it.

    Great battery life super bright flood light but I believe it could use a better Wi-Fi antenna and a better or adding an amplifier inside to the microphone on board
