I had considered getting a Ring floodlight camera before seeing this. Ultimately, I went with the Arlo floodlight for its better design and the flexibility it offers with placement thanks to it being battery powered. I also think the Arlo app is designed far better than the Ring app. I’ll be getting a second one to cover my side yard.

Easy setup and install. Make sure wifi will reach its location.

Had this for 2 years and it randomly goes offline and I have to reconnect it. Support is helpful to get it online but the product is terrible. I can't buy an extra battery and I need to remove it from the mount to charge it. I bought a solar panel but it doesn't charge it all the way.

This thing is bright, does the dual-job of flood light and security camera.

Another great product to protect my home and add to my Arlo Inventory. I wish the flood light had an option that the light would come on with motion with out camera activating instead of having to arm the device. But another great product from Arlo. Great job guys.

I purchased two of these for the increased crime in my area in Colorado Springs. I also purchased the solar panel to keep the batteries charged. The work fantastic as long as it is warm outside. Apparently Arlo doesn't think that criminals work when it is cold. In fact, even in their forums, they say that the batteries and cameras won't charge or work when below a certain temperature. Too bad I didn't read about that before purchasing the cameras. I know have two useless cameras mounted on my house until the temperature raises.

We have the Arlo system for our outdoor security cameras and have been very happy with the ease of installation, use of the app, and the clarity of the cameras. Would recommend.

This camera exceeds my expectations and was easy to install.

Overall, very pleased with this camera and light. I’ve been having issues with pet owners letting their animals use the potty on my yard. This light spoke them away in at the same time gives me a video recording of who it was. Overall five stars and two thumbs up.

Positioned two Arlo Pro 3 floodlights our front of the house. Even though I live in a "safe" neighborhood there has been an uptick in thefts and prowlers. Of course, the city fathers keep this a secret for whatever reason. It is time to take your personal security serious and make steps to protect yourself and family.

I'm using this floodlight camera to a remote off grid cabin location. Its so nice to have light when I walk up and leave the property. With the base station recording to a local USB stick I can be assured that its catching any movements as well. Very impressive!

Having the ability to see and hear what is going on has saved me from being taken advantage of by contractors and landscapers trying to get over. I overheard them talking and it was not ethical or nice.

Highly recommend! With a not-so-safe area we are living in, this floodlight provides a heightened sense of security which in my opinion is priceless!

This camera is installed over my detached garage and it works really well. It has a strong connection to the router. My only complaint is that the nations sensor of the light could have a longer range. Only detects motion about 20ft away.

Camera works well, as well as the spotlight. It would be nice to have a better cable routing system or option for hard-wiring install.
