DO NOT BUY ANY ARLO PRODUCTS

Every time you contact them, the last resort will be RMA (return merchandise authorization) and you have to pay for the shipping fee even if you still have 1 year warranty.

Not waterproof. 2 dead in under 2 years.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I am on my 2nd one of these in under 2 years. Terrible. Not water proof. It fills with water and shorts out. New app is Zero stars it is so bad. They changed the app so the now you can't easily control various cameras and you have to delete all of the saved videos 1 at a time.. Crazy.. I have hundreds of videos each week.

Please update to the latest version to see if that resolves your issue. If you still have issues, navigate to Settings > Support in the Arlo App for service options available to you.

Arlo camera
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.it's really not good. I just bought it 4 months ago ( 1 floodlight , 4 outdoor , 2 indoor ). But now the floodlight and 2 outdoor not working. I try to connect for a month but still not working

Not happy with Arlos rules.
