    These products are not worth the price and are not reliable. They are often offline and lack recordings. Every time you contact them, the last resort will be RMA (return merchandise authorization) and you have to pay for the shipping fee even if you still have 1 year warranty.

    I am on my 2nd one of these in under 2 years. Terrible. Not water proof. It fills with water and shorts out. New app is Zero stars it is so bad. They changed the app so the now you can't easily control various cameras and you have to delete all of the saved videos 1 at a time.. Crazy.. I have hundreds of videos each week.

    it's really not good. I just bought it 4 months ago ( 1 floodlight , 4 outdoor , 2 indoor ). But now the floodlight and 2 outdoor not working. I try to connect for a month but still not working

    Camera works good but Arlo wants a monthly fee to be able to take photos after the trial period is up. I feel that it is your camera and you should be able to take photos.
