easy to setup. i liked the app from the beginning. the installation is easy to do as well. the geek squad offered to come to my house and do it, but i think i was able to do it well enough. very happy with this purchase.

I love it so that I'm going to purchase another one for my parents house. I was finally able to see who was letting their pets potty on my plants, on my porch, and in my yard without cleaning after them. Yes, I confronted them and showed the video as proof to them on my cellphone. They apologized and so far i haven't seen any more

Video quality is pretty good. Cameras do the job 90 % of time. Have a couple issues with them sometimes but overall pretty good. Would buy again.

In all in all its a good product. However there is static when listening to audio making listening hard to understand at times. also unit is large making it difficult to hide. I also bought the black covers for the camera but still too larger to hide

This system was easy to set up. No wires needed. I also purchased skins to better protect the cameras. I am able to view the cameras live from my phone anywhere there is wi-fi available. Great security system so far.

Easy set up. I like the 2 way speaker and being able to set up each camera on different modes. However the video lag is a huge issue. It misses the beginning. The most important part. Disappointed

We were looking for a system to watch our house while out of town. This is it. Very easy to set up, relocate as necessary. Picture quality is very good. Sound is nice and clear. Like that they are wireless. Good quality.

So far the cameras work great. Easy to use and setup.

The Alro Pro didn't stand up to the hype. The batteries didn't last a week on a charge, (outside) and it wasn't even cold out yet. I could only imagine how short of a life they would have now that it's actual winter weather. The range specified was nowhere near real world use. At times, the lag was close to a minute, and the video times out after four minutes. If you want a live view, for any length of time, you need the Arlo Q, which is another $200. At that point your getting into more entry level camera security systems price range. I returned my Alro Pro system and purchased a 2k IP camera system. Never happier. For the non tech savvy, indoor user, or ya need something quick and/or temporary, the system would do exactly what you want it to do. It's certainly easy to set up, app is easy to navigate. You can also set permissions for specific cameras, which I thought was a cool feature. Nice system for the right application. Not how I was promised it would function. That's why I gave it a two star.

I would absolutely recommend the Arlo Pro cameras. They were easy to install and work well. The battery life on them is outstanding also!!

Our system has been installed for a week and at this point we are very happy. We turned the motion detector off after a few days and check live feed quit often. Well be turning on the motion detector when we are away. It is nice to check all sides of our home within minutes. Hoping we are as happy with this product long term.
