I didnt want to have to run wiring for video or power for my system, to the point that I put off purchasing video security for the past 15 years. This system obviously answered my needs and so far has done so well. The only limitation that I have noticed at this time is that I wanted a camera at my front door that could monitor my street front as well. The result is that I get constant notifications as cars drive past. I am going to relocate this camera and see if I can resolve this issue. Overall a great product - easy setup and easy operation. Very responsive online and smartphone app.

Great little system, easy to install. Up and running in less than an hour. Resolution is outstanding and the battery life is amazing! Highly recommend!

Purchased this set to augment existing Arlo system because with the sale it was almost as cheap as buying two additional cameras. Have used Arlo cameras for about 4 years total now due to issue with people living next door and the video and sound quality have been very beneficial in dealing with law enforcement and state agencies.

I really like how easy it is to set these cameras up no wires and the batteries last a long time

This camera system is fairly easy to install and set up. The picture quality is good in all light settings. Motion sensor and night vision works well also.

Bought this to keep an eye on our elderly dog's while we are out of the house. So far so good. Easy to set up, easy app to use and good quality live video.

This is a great product. Everything we needed in a home security camera. Installed it in minutes. When I am away from my home I can log onto the app and check my house. I like the option that you can add additonal cameras at anytime. Will be adding more in the future. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was that you have to take the cameras down to recharge them. But the batteries do last a few months. Great product in all.

The video is clear but with a few seconds of lag from real time. Audio pick up from the cameras is ok.

Camera system is ok. I liked that the installation is wireless and very easy to setup. For indoors its a perfect system, image quality could improve a lot though. For outdoors its works fine but the range is not that good. Specially if your base station is inside a brick house. Battery drainage becomes an issue when you have very active zones. Netgear should offer solar chargers for outdoor cameras. Besides that Im very happy with the purchase.

Nice product, I bought the Solar Panels as well and received an unable to charge the device message. I left the solar panels attached and after a few days, the issue resolved it self.

This product is able to view anywhere in the world. Picture, video clearly with high resolution 1080. Removable, chargeable...and a lot more great features.

Bought the 4 cam system on black friday. Installed 2 of the a week later. Motion detection is ok but not great. The motion needs to be in a very specific part of the camera for them to detect. Then there's a few second lag to start recording, so you may just miss the motion completely. I knew about those two issues but assumed they wouldn't matter much. I can deal with them because that's the trade-off of having a battery powered system. The part that I can't get past is the drain on my iOS phone, even when not using the app at all and having all background processes turned off for the Arlo app. The app is still draining the battery. The only way to stop the drain is to completely close out of the app. If you leave it open in the background it will continue to suck the life out of your battery. It drains much faster than watching streaming videos on YouTube or Facebook. After much research I found out that this is a well documented problem and Netgear hasn't fixed it for months. Most of the time they try to blame the phone or Apple for the drain. YouTube had this same problem and they fixed it within 48 hours. Netgear hasn't fixed in in over 3 months, from what I understand. Steer clear of these cameras.
