    Arlo doesn’t work in PR - plans not available

    The plan for theses cameras doesn’t work in PR. I called Arlo customer service and they just apologize for the inconvenience. The shouldn’t sell in PR.

    Issue with Samsung GS11

    Arlo seems to have issue with the set up for uses with Samsung GS11 phones. I have bought 2 items and same annoying problem with both. When i scan the bar code to register the device it tries for 5 minutes, and then says it cannot find it. I tried everything for 90 minutes. Then tried on my wife's apple phone and worked first try. Support is terrible. They were no help

    My first video security system & very pleased. App is very useful for managing cameras. Only issue is WiFi connection could be stronger, but we could just be our WiFi. Would purchase again!

    This camera is low quality with grainy picture. I have a 30 dollar trail cam with higher quality video. The video lags 30 seconds and doesn’t always pop on.

    They go off even when there is nothing there and you turn everything off except vehicles and people.

    Arlo Pro 4 are upgrade to the Pro 3, they added Wifi on the Pro 4 so you do not need to have Smart Hub.

    Video quality and battery life is far poorer than expected. The battery for both units lasted less than 2 months, even with minimal activity. Additionally, the siren was broken on one of the cameras. Lastly, the WiFi receivers appear to be very weak, with the cameras struggling to load feeds in an area of the house that easily receives 400+Mb speeds.

    Description says battery will last 6 months - it doesn’t I have charged the batteries now every 3-4 days. There is also a lag of sometimes up to 2 mins so using the live feature to talk/sound the sirens light is essentially useless. If you just need a camera but not any other features that you don’t mind charging every week - this would be it.
