Hub is difficulty to buy, without buying a bundle. HomeKit is not available out of the box where less expensive cameras of similar build quality come with it and don’t require a hub. Only some of their cameras have anti theft, this one does not, so it would need a $50 accessory if necessary. In total this would have cost me over $400. There are better options out there.

Amateurish Software Design

First time I went to recharge the batteries the app could no longer locate or recognize the camera. Had to uninstall it and then reinstall. Geofencing doesn’t locate or identify the camera half the time. Finally it to work again. Then after reinstalling the camera to my wife’s phone the app on my phone stopped recognizing it. A woefully inadequate software functionality.

I understand the temperatures change alot between those hours but I never had the same problem with my Arlo pro 2 cameras. Also the charging cord are both different now? Is this company trying to change into Apple ? Or is the name still Arlo? Smh greedy much?

I called Arlo service they explained to me I should of been notified In addition Geek Squad from Fort Myers did not show up!!!
